Too expensive for a hotel from 70's. However, central location and everything is working.

This is a great hotel is you want a simple and affordable stay near the lake in neuchatel. The ladies at the reception where very helpful. They still had a room when I arrived in the evening without reservation. Check out was possible at 11 so you don't have to rush to leave in the morning!

Very nice location at the harbor. As there is no ac in the room and you want to sleep with an open window mind that it can be loud outside as there is a restaurant below and there are many people still outside at night in the summertime. You can get earplugs at the reception. As we are there for the nifff (movie festival) and out till late at night it was not a problem for us. There was a mixup with our room but staff was very nice about it. After 11 pm the reception is unstaffed but you can get in with a badge - the system was broken for the night we were there but they had a security person to let you in during the night. Staff was friendly and spoke French, German and English. The rooms and hallways were quite old but clean, the bed das comfortable. The water in the shower could only be adjusted to very hot or cold. The breakfast was nice. In general ok for a short stay.

Very nice place ! well located near the port and city center. Staff very polite, helpful and qualified.
Breakfast is a rich buffet with enough choice. My room was clean and I had enough space to move inside.
Parking is free if you leave a passport as caution for a parking card, really helpful when you're in the city center ! I recommend this establishment ! Thank you, and see you soon !response / report this review -

Basic amenities, no water in room and wasn't provided when asked. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Breakfast was fine

Clean and cosy hotel on the lake. Ask for a room facing the port. A relaxed mexican restaurant at the basement with tasty food and gorgeous lake view.

Nice hotel in a center location of Neuchâtel. If arriving with a car, parking could be a problem as there is no dedicated hotel parking area. You should find a free space on the street which could be difficult.
