Rude and understaffed. We arrived 15 mins early for a 4D movie and were told by the very unpleasant man checking the tickets that we needed to buy glasses at ‘la cassa’ which was not mentioned anywhere in the online reservation. We waited 10 mins in line at ‘la cassa’ (there was only one counter open) only to find out that the glasses were only available at the food stand. We waited in line again at the food stand, bought the glasses, only to be told by the ticket-check agent that we were ‘lucky’ to be let in as we were late

Worst cinema I’ve been to. I’va had made a reservation for the popular “IT” movie and they’ve asked me how old I am. I’m currently 15 and will be soon 16. The very, very unpolite man that was controlling the tickets told us to go out because we didn’t have the age. I repeat, I wrote when i made the reservation how old I am and it was NOWHERE written the age limit. Very unrespectful staff! Unorganized!

Premium sound systems in most theaters and comfortable seats. Parking can be full for big releases so bring Vespa.
