Very nice place. We have been there several times. I was disappointed only once. The waiter wouldn't come back to our table. We finally flagged someone else down to get some more drinks. All the other staff have been very nice. Barbara was extremely nice. She help host a painting event my husband had for his colleagues at VF.

I had problem with fixing the air-conditioner in the room, it's very poor and the room temperature is very highi realy couldn't withstand the warm weather.

I asked them to fix it but they didn't

Service is perfect, ambiance is great, the view is amazing, the food and drinks are fantastic, It's a wonderful place to stay the evening for drink, either for business or with friends! The hotel is nice as well, overall very good place, the only flaw is the position: it's pretty far away from Lugano's downtown.

Absolutely unique. However the position is not one of the most comfortable if you do not have a car or you are an excellent walker. Expensive but is worth. Nice SPA

This is the best hotel in Lugano if you are visiting someone you know in The American School in Switzerland. It is perfectly located between Montagnola and the Center. Even if you are visiting Lugano, it is one of the best hotels in my opinion. The view from Villa Principe is the best place to see Lugano.

Excellent service and a great atmosphere for both family and group occasions. Amazing view of the lake and mountains around. The staff is very considerate and takes care of your needs.The food is very delicious.
