  Very comfortable rooms. Very friendly service and the food served by the kitchen was delicious. Our corporate event was very well handled and likely we use the hotel again. The room decor is a bit dated but it's clean and comfortable.

  Grand dame of the hotels in Lugano. You want a lake view room, nothing else. Mario in the bar is a legend. Makes a perfect white Russian.

  Big room, the bed was so comfortable and big. The balcony had a breathtaking view of the lake.
