  Everything you'd expect from such a place. Incredible food and attentive staff. The view is perhaps one of the best in town. Can't recommend enough.

  I would give it 5 stars just for the view, but the room was wonderful and the service and food was great as well. The James Bond entrance tunnel is icing on the cake.

  An amazing hotel, stayed in a room with the Matterhorn view. Absolutely beautiful, quiet, and amazing breakfast. The snack and dinner options looked amazing and it was a reasonable price compared to the other hotels around.

  Our stay in Aug 2017 was wonderful. We stayed on the bottom floor of the Petite Chalet which allowed us to have a huge balcony. The view from this lower floor was no worse than the view from a high floor. We believe that this hotel has one of the very best views in town. The room was a nice size, modern, clean, and simply perfect for our family of three. The breakfast each morning was soooo yummy. We ate entirely too many croissants!! I recommend any of our friends and family to stay here.

  Best patio in zermatt with incredible views of the matterhorn. If you go, definitely try their homemade mulled wine!

  The owner has trained in the Jefferson Hotel in DC. The service in this hotel was impeccable.

  Hotel with great facilities and location, however ruined by a generally unpleasant staff. Impossible to book a massage, some rates are unjustified and no one asked if the stay was ok.
  The management should definitely make some efforts to reach the expectations of a 4 stars hotel.
