I booked a room but ultimately gave it to my brother and his girlfriend. Oh boy! We missed a good room. Unique industrial design. Wish the lobby was a bit bigger

Stayed here on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Having Matterhorn views from the room's balcony was marvelous. (Not all rooms I am sure). The shower in room 306 was fabulous as it was a completely enclosed frosted glass space that kept all the splashing hot water contained. This would seem a normal thing but not so I have found in my European travels. It had a nice tub too in the bedroom though filling it was slow. Good firm but comfy bed. Very good location in Zermatt. Though we called the hotel for a taxi from the train station upon arrival, we realized we were quite close and an easy walk with luggage when leaving. Plan time in the afternoon to enjoy the spa area. More than just a sauna awaits.

Very modern and beautiful hotel with great service. Located close to railway station but just nicely away from the main busy street. Great breakfast choices too!

The room was comfy and the whole hotel's design is impressive; really outstanding.
Only "bad" point is that the wellness area (spa) is only open from 3pm everyday. It means that in the morning you can not enjoy it. Since the hotel night is quite expensive, in my opinion they should consider extending the opening hours of the spa (at least for the hotel's guests so they can make the best of their stay).response / report this review -

SO LOUD! The hotel is lovely and unique. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quality.
But, every noise inside the hotel call be heard.whether it is someone walking in their room (or down the hallway), having a TV on or a conversation.or even dropping something. Expect to wake up by 7am from the noises. On a weekend nights you will also hear all the sounds from outside as well.response / report this review -

El hotel es una pasada aunque no para todos los bolsillos. El spa es genial también y el personal muy agradable. El desayuno es de los mejores que he tenido en un hotel.

Man kann den Chef Heinz Julen mögen oder nicht: Das Backstage ist so einmalig und überraschend wie die Gedankenwelt in seinem Kopf. Erwarte alles, nur nicht, was du erwartest.

The hotel and rooms are super creasy and the wellness looks incredible and really interesting. The owners and staff are really friendly. Maybe the rooms a bit small but beautiful
