  Can't rave about this company enough. I am more than happy to pass their name along to any of my clients for a really affordable solution without compromising the design.
  BTW, they go out of their way to assist and help - this includes stuffing a vanity in small SUV with precision and skill. THANKS GUYS - don't know how you did it. I will send pics soon!!!!

  My fiancé and I came to check out modern bathrooms based on the good reviews. We ended up liking and buying a 24 inch vanity unit. Sean, the owner loaded up our cars with various boxes and got us to sign the invoice saying received. When we got home, we discovered that we were missing the faucet. So I thought, no big deal, we'll call them and let them know of the situation, go back and pick up the missing faucet and be on our way. In fact, it was the complete opposite. My fiancé called and Sean became defensive saying that we should have gotten everything and that it's not his problem we signed the invoice. He refused to give us our shorted faucet. Unsuccessful on the phone, we decided to go back and explain our situation, that we did in fact sign the invoice but there was no way a customer would know what is inside any of the boxes unless you open everything up and check. Again, he refused. What he did offer was for us to buy another faucet at cost for $50 or give us the floor model, but that was not acceptable to us. After some arguing, he decided to give us the faucet, but not without saying "I don't want to see you guys ever again, and don't call me about installations". This whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths. My advice to everyone considering a purchase is to absolutely make sure what you have in your car is what is listed on the invoice before signing and pray that you aren't missing anything. The true value of a company is not the quality of their products but how they treat customers. We planned on buying a couple more vanity sets, but based on the service provided, sadly will never return again. 2/5 stars. Haven't installed the vanity yet so can't attest to quality/durability of product.

  I have purchased three backlit mirrors in total , two of which are from modernbathrooms.ca . The two from modernbathrooms were half the price as my first mirror. Had I known about modernbathrooms I would have gone with them for all 3. The communication is rapid, shipping is excellent. I think everyone's hesitation is buying a mirror and opening the box to something broken. You don't have to worry . Heavy duty plywood on all sides with foam inside. I would trust them to ship my first born child across the world. I will be placing a purchase order for another mirror within the next few weeks for my next bathroom renovation

  We bought a glass shower door enclosure, and ran into an issue with the installation of one particular piece but Sean was very understanding and resolved it for us. He listened to our needs and delivered. Not only do you get a decent selection of bathroom pieces but great customer service as well: something that is far too easily overlooked these days..

  I have ordered from this company twice and quality and price have been great. The packing of the cabinets and sinks leaves very little chance that there will be any damage while shipping. Drawers and door closers all work great. One project has been in use daily for over 3 years and all still working perfect. Fixtures are metal and not plastic. Will be using them again
