I dealt with Anna Inina and was very happy. I am in the service industry and have very high standards, but was impressed with Anna. First and foremost, she was very friendly and easy to talk to, which made for an enjoyable test-drive experience. Later, there was a little mix-up with my address on the day I went to pick up my new car, but she did everything she could to help me resolve the issue and finish our paperwork in time for me to get to another meeting. Anna also followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the vehicle, and helped arrange a deal for me when I later inquired about snow tires. Thanks Anna!

The experience at this dealership was terrible. The staff was unprofessional and was not friendly. My parents did not understand cars and needed professional guidance, but very unfortunately met a sales who just cared about profit margin.

He thinks that since my parents paid the deposit its a done deal, and does not really want to spend time to talk to us.

It was the day to pick up the car, and we asked if they can kindly help us change the tires to our winter tires as winter is coming, and he keep saying that he cannot do it for free. The dealership should really be happy that they have such a dedicated sales who should get 5 stars at keeping their dealership profit in mind.

He told my parents that the old roof rack can be installed onto the new car, but it was not the case. So we were striving to negotiate for a solution to assist my parents to get a roof rack as we are in the renovation business. I asked if we can meet each other half way and he keep saying about their profits and I only wanted free. It took a very long time that he finally give us 10% off as all Mazda customers gets and install for us. This is a dealership who is not flexible to anything. Run if you can!

Just got my lease renewed. A very friendly and no stress atmosphere of this nice dealership makes me feel confident. Got a great deal and a great service from Tamim! He was honest and helped me out a lot! Would 100 percent recommend his service.

Great experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Tamim was really good with follow up. If he was unsure about something he would find out and get back to me. It was straight talk the whole time and I appreciate that. On pick up day the sales manager didn't forget our faces and came over and spoke to us. That was nice as we weren't left feeling like they just took our money and now don't remember us. Overall, I can say I really would recommend Dufferin Mazda.

When we walked in to the show room the owner introduced us to the newest member of the staff to assist us. He was most helpful, and made every attempt to provide us with all the answers to our questions. When in doubt he did not pretend to know, he automatically called for assistance to ensure we got the right answer. We already loved the car and we were almost sure it was the one we wanted, but Tamim made our decision very easy. Thank you for all your hard work, to you and the rest of the team.

Amazing, incredible, impeccable service! I just bought my first car and I am so excited! Almit is the best! They made me feel incredibly comfortable and everything was smooth. Even the finance guy is amazing! I shopped around so much and finally found the right fit.

I got my first car here and it was a very pleasant experience. My sales person (Soheil) was very patient with all my questions. The overall procedure was very smooth. I didn't have to negotiate hard and I got the price that I was expecting. So overall it was a great feeling.

Excellent sales team and an acceptable service team. Although they'll service the car, as needed, they won't really address any of the out-of-ordinary requests. For example, I've had a rattle coming from my new car for 6 months. They're well aware of it. Instead of calling you schedule another service appt, they've decided to just ignore the issue.

Update: After original issues, service manager took a personal interest in my vehicle. Good follow up. Looking forward to a resolution.

I came in to lease my first car and was helped by Elyass and then Alan. Both were great, but Alan really helped me navigate the process and listened to my concerns. Ali gave us the most exceptional service when buying our CX-5. He was honest and to the point but most of all he didn't haggle. He is a straight shooter who gets things done as promised. He is very busy so our meetings were usually quick but nonetheless, he always came through above and beyond our expectations. His customer service is second to none. I bought a 2017 Mazda3 Sport (2.5 litre) with most of the bells and whistles. This is my third Mazda3. There were no issues with the last two, and that's what convinced me to buy the 2017.
As for Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda, I can't say enough good things about my buying experience, followup and the service aspect of the operation. The people I've engaged with have all been knowledgeable, fair and friendly. I recommend this dealership, and do so whenever I have the opportunity.

They ask for a deposit prior to establishing a price point. I was told if I don't get the price point I like they will refund the deposit.

What's the point of a deposit then?

Just bought a new CX-5 from Kyle this week. We came in late on a Monday just to inquire about the options available at Mazda, and Kyle was willing to stay hours after closing time to answer all our questions and make sure we understood everything about the car we were buying, and even all the alternative options. When we went to pick up the car, Kyle had set aside a couple of hours to make sure we understood every button and knob on the dashboard, that we had a servicing appointment already set, and that we knew everything about the car we were buying, and what options it offered us. Kyle always had a respectful, helpful and not pushy manner, and wanted to be sure we were happy about our purchase. We were very satisfied with our experience with this Mazda dealership and Kyle.
