One of the cashier girl was being so impolite. She spoiled the good image that i had of Sephora. They seriously need some staff training.

I had a very relaxing & fun experience shopping at this Sephora location!! The gentleman who was in the Perfume section was very helpful and patient with me while I was looking for that new beautiful scent for myself!! He made it fun and knew exactly what I wanted and what would compliment me! Thank you!! Love my new, #MyBurberryBlack!!! :)

I used to live around the corner from this Sephora and I would shop all the time, however since they've moved the service has gotten so bad. Rude, unprofessional staff that don't even welcome you to the store if you're not wearing a full face of makeup. They were only nice to me upon seeing my rouge card. Would rather go out of my way make the trek to Eaton centre or yonge eg. Too bad since the selection and layout are fantastic

Amazing. Great selection. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. My advice though: ask about their promotions and discounts! Not 5 stars because one of the girls didn’t want to check if they had Clinique foundation in stock. She just said they didn’t have it. Difficult to believe. And my cashier didn’t say anything about a complimentary makeover or facial that you get when you spend over 50$ and 75$ respectively. I just saw it on the website.

I went to the brow bar and the service was awful. My brows weren't even done correctly - one is more arched than the other and there are random hairs left that should have been plucked out. She did not use any concealer at the end or pencil in the sparse areas as my old brow bar specialist would do (she has now moved on to a different position). I now realize my old brow lady, Larissa, went above and beyond and not all Sephora girls are trained to do so. It's a shame, to spend $25-30 and receive poor service. I understand people may be new to the brow bar but Sephora should offer proper training. Other than that I like the store, it's well organized and staff are generally friendly but I wouldn't go back for brows again. I may try Aimee since I know she has been there for a while but most likely I wont bother.

This is the one sephora store I get rudely treated at. Now, I love Sephora and my VIB status would show that, but besides the people at the entrance, or the people in the skincare section, most people on the inside are just not interested in helping out. It's their job to come up to me and see if everything's okay and offer help, but i mostly see them looking around, then leaving to chit chat with other employees. Now, I've been to the square one and eaton centre sephora's where I get immediate help even during extreme rush time. Here, even if it's empty no one comes up, and when I ask for help, I get only one word responses from uninterested angry faces. I'm sure other people may have good experiences, but this is what I've faced repeatedly.

Probably the nicest, most accomodating Sephora in all of GTA. I had a problem with my online order and I went to this location. Mica and Pamela helped me out and they were so nice about all the hassle. I would recommend this location to everyone who wants to buy make up!

I noticed the staff here to be not so friendly compared to other Sephoras every time I went there. They rarely greeted me even when there were very few customers. Not that it's a big deal, but I had way better experiences in other makeup stores.
Yesterday, when I was just swatching an eyeshadow pallet in the store, a girl working there walked to me, grabbed the pallet and went away. She clearly saw me swatching it yet did not even look at me or say excuse me. It was super rude. Definitely a disappointing experience.response / report this review -

Great service, friendly staff!!! I went to get some skin care products a few weeks ago and had a great experience. A man named Phil helped me so much, and was extremely knowledgable about all the products and was so friendly. I felt very comfortable with him. I really enjoyed the positive atmosphere!

Larissa in the brow bar on Bloor St. W. is fantastic. She knows her stuff and takes her time. I have seen her for brow waxing as well as tinting. The tinting was a nice add on but it faded within the week. But seeing her for brow shaping and maintenance is well worth the price. Recommend booking well in advance to see her.
