Review is for sculpsure - from Monique at med spa only(not for Dr Mosher cosmetic surgery). Had a phone consult for sculpsure price quotes and came into MedSpa for an in person consult for lipo or sculpsure. Dr Mosher advised me to do sculpsure and said we could do it right here & now with Monique. She stated that multiple treatments worked best but I had been told by her & Dr Mosher there would be a 20% reduction with the first treatment as I was worried it wouldn't work and possibly looking at liposuction. I was told not to get liposuction and that sculpsure would be a better option for me. I just wanted a little improvement in body shape so I agreed that one treatment was the safer option and 20% less body fat in the targeted areas seemed great I would be happy with just that for now with "no downtime" and "minimal discomfort". I've had plastic surgery before and I know it's a bit of a recovery.

Spent almost $6000 on painful & uncomfortable sculpsure procedure. Monique pushed to upsell a 3 treatment package the entire time but I said I wasn't going to buy another until I saw what I looked like after the first treatment. Very pushy but also non chalant about trying to get me to drop $15k on sculpsure. I know it's her job to upsell but it was really condescending and inconsiderate the way she assumed and wrote up a massive bill for me to pay. I was shocked but politely corrected her saying I only wanted one treatment of abdomen & inner thighs-we had discussed on the phone for approximately $4000 - She mapped out the areas and her price quote was again still way more then originally agreed upon. I asked her to work within my budget and she removed/remapped some of the areas on my abdomen. It was still significantly higher of a price I had been told (over the phone consult) but I gave her the benefit of the doubt when she said it's hard to estimate a price over the phone.

I made sure to pay in full right there before the procedure so the price wouldn't magically go up again!

Thank god I didn't buy the package because I got literally zero results. When I called to cancel my follow up the receptionist was very polite and sympathetic and said she would get someone to call me back about my lack of results. Monique called me back, she was super rude and told me I needed to buy two more treatments. Offered no other solution, wasn't sympathetic or even polite. Basically told me I must have been eating lots/lazy because it worked on her. Had the audacity to tell me "well it's an elective procedure" which was insulting-i felt like I was been talked down too and I was pretty shocked but told her "thanks for the call" and carried on with my day.

Didn't work for me but I definitely didnt need her attitude on top of it! Allot of money (and some physical pain during and after procedure) wasted and very dissapointed.

I am writing this because I wanted to find a way to truly show my appreciation and thankfulness towards Dr.Mosher and his staff.
It has been 2 weeks since my breast augmentation surgery and I littetally think about my whole experience at Yes Med Spa with greatful, heart warming thoughts everyday! From every kind staff member who clearly enjoy working there and with such an intentional effort to making me feel comfortable. Dr. Mosher who took the time to listen to all my "research" from the internet, and he considerately dispelled any misinformation. I never felt that he was ever pushy about my getting surgery done, infact he suggested I really didn't need surgery at all. (Although I still wanted it) I liked the thourough job he did to measure and calculate several options for me to choose from. I even called a few times and emailed questions to the nurses who answered every concern and encouraged me to call anytime. I like that he goes for a conservative sizing range, that also helped gain my trust in him. I am an often anxious shy type, I appreciated that he always sat on a stool at my level and his demenar just made me feel calm. Then on surgery day the nurses were so extreamly easy to talk with making me laugh, gave me a house coat, and I sat and waited in a reclined heated chair, every detail was like being at a luxury spa and not like a cold hospital. Dr. Mosher came and saw me afterwards even though the schedule that day was running late, he was still smiling, calming and going over every detail. You can tell everything is done with precision to run smoothly so that, we the client can have the most pleasurable experience possible. Roses were even sent and arrived the day I went home! Even when I tell my other friends who have had breast augmentation about my experience, every one of them have all said they never had all the extra special care that I had. My recovery is amazingly quick, really 5 days later I was feeling great! I can't believe how small and tucked away the incisions are! I highly recommend him!! And you are truly in great hands, according to his biography found in his blog on the website; he is an expert with over 22 years experience, trained by top surgeons all over the world, and he himself teaches at UBC so that future surgeons can deliver great standards.
** Also, to dispel those negative comments a couple clients had, I did read those prior, but after my experience I wondered if they generally have negative experiences as you know some people can be negative or highly critical and rude. Just my thoughts.

I had my breast augmentation surgery 9 years ago by Dr. Mosher and I am still to this day very happy with the results. I liked that in the consultation process I was given many options and realistic expectations. My family doctor has even commented on what a great job he did on the surgery. I highly recommend them and if I had to do it all over again I would go there in a heartbeat!

This was an absolutely fabulous experience! All of the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. Dr Mosher explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He is very professional and so pleasant. When he answered my questions, he never made me think any question was silly or foolish. In fact it was just the opposite. He encouraged me to ask and to read, so that he could answer my questions and put my mind at ease.

The facility is is lovely. Everyone goes out of their way to make you comfortable and to ensure the best outcome for you. Instructions to follow, were clear and concise, but you are not being talked down to.

The follow up was fantastic. Every single person there, is working towards your goal and in a positive, gental and reassuring manner. I could not have been treated better.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mosher, all of the staff and the entire experience. All in all this was a great experience and I would most definitely recommend Dr. Mosher and YES Medspa and Cosmetic Surgery Centre.

I can't even begin to tell you how awful my experience was with Dr. Mosher. From the very first meeting he was negative and cold.

I honestly believe that Dr. Mosher is in the business of under-delivering on your expectations so that you have to pay to have more surgery. He has zero, I mean ZERO bedside manner. In fact I was treated like a child and talked to without any respect. Which is crazy since I was a paying customer. Did I mention that after my surgery he didn't even come and see how I was doing? He just went home.

My initial surgery results were uneven and lopsided and when that was brought to Dr. Moshers attention he was defensive and argumentative. He basically made excuses for why the results were uneven. He then said he could fix the lopsidedness in addition to another area which I felt was not addressed during my first surgery for an additional fee of over $3000.00 Needless to say I made sure that I during my next few visits with my nurse I asked several times about what EXACTLY was being operated on and was assured that the lopsided area and that additional area of my love handles were all included.
Needless to say on the day of surgery Dr. Mosher talked to me with such disrespect and basically scolded me as I stood NAKED in front of him, like an adolescent. Saying "WHAT DID YOUR SURGICAL AGREEMENT SAY? WHAT DID YOUR SURGICAL AGREEMENT SAY?" when I asked about why he had not drawn on the lopsided areas. It took everything in me not to cry. He said that he never agreed to fix the lopsided areas. I told him that his nurses and I had gone over the surgical agreement s several time and that they assured me that my inner thighs were included.

Needless to say he did not fix that area. I had my revision surgery and still have lopsided legs. As I said he does not care about the quality of his work. He takes ZERO pride and is only concerned with the money he is collecting. He has a lack of passion for his craft and is completely unaware of the term 'bedside manner'.

I know now after seeing another surgon that my legs could have been fixed and without any of the side effects Dr. Mosher told me would happen. In fact the new Dr was confused as to why Dr. Mosher would even say that a woman of my age and skin type would experience anything but amazing results.

Please DO NOT waste your time on this man. His facilities may be beautiful but I assure you that he is a bully and has zero attention to detail.

I had surgery in December 2015, breast augmentation and a lift. I wanted double ds but they had told me that would be too big and wouldn't do it. I ended up getting 415cc in both.. which looking back now a better surgeon would have suggested more in the left side as my right has always been bigger.. which they were aware of. The surgery went well no complications other than a week or so later my mouth was FULL of kanker soars.. maybe just a side effect of medication. Now I'm here a year later and I'm having so much pain in my right breast my implant is noticeably bigger and sits at the side more which everyday I'm bothered by it as it's always touching my arm.. it's very firm too. The left side is noticeably smaller and I can't feel the implant at all.. when I lay on my side I still can't feel it as where I can feel it on my right side all the time. I'm very unhappy and disapointed with the outcome and overall experience if I could go back I would and never have gone here. This is a real review with real struggle.

I visited Yes Medspa in search of revision for a cosmetic procedure (from another clinic) in which my body responded unfavourably. Dr. Mosher and his colleagues treated my concerns respectfully while detailing options and projected outcomes for each. The decided upon surgery went very well and the treatment from everyone at Yes Medspa was five star from start to finish, almost making me feel like I was in a resort! Book your procedures with Yes Medspa and you can relax knowing you are in capable hands.

I wish there was a 10 star option! From beginning to end this experience not only met, but far exceeded my expectations. When I initially phoned Yes Medspa, I was helped immediately, asked questions about my goals and concerns and had all of my own questions answered by the end of call and I hung up with an appointment booked and feeling excited! From there the entire process was extremely thorough, not a single detail overlooked. Friendly and supportive, the nurses were amazing. Dr. Mosher has a beautiful bedside manner, he makes me feel so comfortable and important, and I never feel silly asking him a question. His facility is absolutely gorgeous, easy to access and self contained so no hospital! :)
I really could go on forever. I would, and AM recommending Dr. Mosher and his awesome team and facility at Yes Medspa to everyone I know who is considering having cosmetic surgery.
