At least one of the receptionists here clearly does not work well with people. Called to inquire about rescheduling an appointment and received a condescending and rude attitude; asked me "why I wasn't able to find out earlier that I couldn't make the appointment" and drilled me as to why I couldn't make arrangements when I called as soon as I could and gave at least 48 hours notice. I was floored by how rude her tone was that she used on the phone. As a receptionist manager myself, I am appalled. Please try harder.

Very bad experience with Dr. Marzban. I had waited for my appointment for almost two hours, and when it was my turn he didn't even take two minutes with me. I wanted to discuss with him certain things, but he was in a hurry to leave, so I asked him if he was still coming back to talk to me and he answered "yes", so I waited for him to get back to me but when he took too long the nurse tried to talk to him, but he left with another patient and closed the door leaving me with unanswered questions. He needs to learn how to deal with patients and make them feel important, not the opposite.

Dr Keddy Grant is our sons dermatologist. The best we've ever seen, takes very special care to our sons eczema. Will answer any questions asked and very knowledgeable to what creams and medication you need.

Terrible experience with the neurology "specialist" esfahani at the Winnipeg clinic. Refuse to use the "Dr" in front of his name. Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. He treats his patients like garbage. Avoid at all costs.

The specialist I went to see was very friendly, and overall professional. However, the entire time I was in the waiting room - both before and after- a couple of the ladies that worked there spent the entire time complaining about another coworker - and not quietly. A lot of insults, putting down, and nothing but condescension. It was sad to see that what should be a courteous and respectful place is nothing but an unprofessional gossip corner. It's one thing to be rude behind someone's back in private. It's another to do it loudly and so other people can hear.

Seen Dr. Halbrich for allergy testing. She was fabulous and thorough in her explanations. She prompted for questions throughout and answered everything I asked her. Her rooms are decorated to make children feel at ease as she is a pediatric immunologist and allergist. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
