I love this ikea. My most favorite purchase are all my duvet blankets, they are great quality and so warm during the cold winter months. Not suitable for summer..so I went back and bought the cooler temp duvets and again excellent quality for the price. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Returns/exchanges are simple. I cant comment on the furniture as I dont buy that.

The worse furniture in the world. Maybe the small things are good, some of them, actually very good, but the real furniture like closets, beds and sofas are the worse it could be. I would never recommend to anyone. We used it for a few months and it's already falling apart, and it's impossible to fix it.

Good food, I love their frozen yogurt for $1. And hot dogs are good too for value. I don't recommend their furniture though as it is cheaply made and will not last.

In the process of completely redoing our kitchen and have found the modular units easy to build and Install. Excellent engineered products have given us a great new kitchen for a fraction of the price quoted. Saved thousands compared to the big box stores and way less money than the custom specialty places we got quotes from.

Very good place to catch good quality and good price furnishings. Beautiful section arrangement, handy staff and easy-to-deliver packaging (we carried a 120×60 cm table bus bus!). Pictures from the warehouse which is downstairs:

I bought a wardrobe 15 days ago and took a picture of receipt and lost hard copy. When the price when down within 45 days, I went back and asked for money back. They refused because I dont live in 1980s and keep my receipt. I also called customer service. They also denied any help. I suggested to reprint my receipt. Simply refused by store and customer service because they dont have that system. That is just nonsense. I even had same card on me.

Don't know exactly how you've rearranged the store but I'm most impressed how much easier it is to navigate through without feeling claustrophobic. I have been shopping IKEA stores all over Southwestern Ontario and a couple of times in Winnipeg. I really like the "directional lights shining " down onto the floor which has more of a calming feel to it. There have b peen a few items in the dining room which are much healthier food choices amoungbthr drinks. So glad the pop is gone however , nice try, but things to change

Their products are reasonable quality at a fair price, but more importantly their modular and customizable which makes them so much easier than trying to find something just the right size elsewhere.

For an enormous international manufacturer this company actually has decent service and friendly staff. They're really been upping their game in environmentally friendly products as well. They have some great recycling programs including a partnership with a local company called Mother Earth Recycling.

Parking and loading your car can be a bit frustrating at peak times when it's really crowded - but it's usually not a hassle. The roundabouts in the parking lot are clearly still a challenge for some.

Great place to shop at your leisure. Staff very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful.
Bought cabinets and wardrobe. Excellent assembly instructions. We love the product. Restaurant also very good with reasonable pricing.

Good store, good items, fair prices. But dislike the maze like design of all ikeas that force you to browse every aisle of the entire store even if your stopping there to buy a single items. Sneaky marketers

It's huge, which can be deterring, but it has a wide variety of home decor. Prices are decent for most things, but I would avoid getting cabinetry from there. Not good quality. Food is pretty good though!

I had to take something back that I didn't end up needing. I was in quick, got my refund quick and picked up a couple of other things. I was through the cashier right away and out of there. I've always had a quick and easy time through the cashier.

Always interesting things to discover. Finding your way through the maze to discover them can be a chore. Best to have plenty of time. Cinnamon buns are great!

Ikea is always fun if you have lots of time to waste. Wander around the top floor and look at all the displays. Tons of cool items to find downstairs too. They also have childcare, which is a bonus. Though on busy days it can fill up quickly. The bookshelves we bought from here have lasted 4 years so far with no problems. The couch we bought from here however has not held up so well. So some items are totally worth it (especially the smaller household items, cutting boards, scrub brushes, mirrors etc), while some of the larger ones are of varying quality I've found.
