Dr is great, but reception service is not well trained. They don’t know how to deal with their clients. Personally, very bad experience with them!

I am a regular walk-in patient.
Wait time too see doctors: 30min - 1hr (go super early to get in quicker )
Wait time for blood test: ~15min
I see two doctors: the female doctor and the indian doctor.
Female doctor: every single time I had her she was terrible! I'm a kind person I promise!
1st visit - i have eczema she told me to apply lotion (every other doctor gives me eczema cream)
Okay maybe she is all about the natural skincare life.
2nd visit - my arm has been feeling weird these past few days. She said to come back if it still feels that way.
Okay maybe itll go away.
3rd visit - i get hives from sweat. She said "what can i do about it?" Avoid it
Okay i guess ill be a couch potato
4th visit - i told her a few issues. She ignored the main one. I only told her my symptoms.. didnt self diagnose because i know doctors might not like that. I had this infection before so I had to ASK her for the test because she didnt give me it or even perscribed me medication. (Normally the other doctors did the test for me) but she gave it to me to do myself!
Okay fine..she had her break next so maybe she was really hungry
5th visit: indeed i got the infection she left the perscription up in the front ( normally doctors talk it through)
Okay fine im just happy ill be well soon.
Now im taking these pills. Three days of extreme headaches (one of the days i took 8 telenols lessen the pain)i cant move my neck properly, confusion, list goes on. I thought it was because of my wisdom tooth extraction earlier back. Go it checked my the surgeon. No. I lost hope. Hoping symptoms will go away. So i just waited then i remember the paper that was given to me that explains the medication. There it was.. all the danger side effects. I'll be going to the doctor again curious what she has to say.
The one star is for the indian doctor that types with one finger. He does his job well. No complaints about him.
Front desk asks about your problems so get ready everyone in the room will know. They also know about your test results. Okay end of my rant. Thanks for reading.response / report this review -

It's a little unfortunate that I have to schedule an appointment every 3 months to get my birth control pills, but that's fine. Dr. Wassef is a nice lady who gets straight down to business. And it's a little hard to get through and book an appointment through phone.

Ever time I go to this clinic I was seen within the hour. Last time I was there (10/23/17), I was taken right in to see doctor - NO WAIT! I agree with other reviews that the front desk staff are no fun to deal with. I saw Dr Yang Xu She was better than my family doctor! This clinic would get 5 Stars if it weren't for the lame/unfriendly front desk staff!

Worse clinic I have ever been to. This place is filled with a bunch of Filipino receptionist who are rude and speak their language around the patients after speaking to you. How do patients know they're not being talked about?? This used to be a busy clinic but it seems like they loss majority of their patients. If you can go somewhere else.

Horrible service, I had a back injury so dropped by this clinic, staff at the front was very nice and got me in almost right away, i was sent to a young doctor (seemed like East Indian background), he didn't even try and examine me, touch my back or anything, just gave me a prescription for physician, did not fill out workers comp. forms even though I told him I got injured at work, horrible doctor.

So I was here a couple of years ago to get my immunization forms filled out by a physician. Came here thinking it'd be quick and easy. Now when I came in, they said that I would have to pay for the physician to look up my info, fill out my immunization forms and sign off for it. I was in university at the time. So I go in there, the doctor fills out half my form. Tells me that I have to come back next time and get the other half filled out and that I would have to pay for another visit.
I told him that he didnt complete what I had initially paid for and he told me I'd have to come back another day. I think they charged me 30 or 40 dollars for that. I later found out I could have gotten the info for free from the public health offices regarding my immunizations.
Lesson learnt, they took my money, half ass filled out my medical paperwork and had the guts to tell me to come back. Good job guys for reinforcing a good and caring work ethic for medical professionals. There are plenty of other places you can get better care in the city.response / report this review -

If I could I would give this clinic a negative number. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. I went there on a Tuesday morning there were 2 Filipino receptionist who were working up front. They treated me like I had no common sense and couldn't understand anything that was going on or maybe they were just pissed off because I interrupted their conversation they were having in their language when they should have been working. They are so racist one of them was yelling at a Chinese person because they had an accent and couldn't understand her properly. Who would want these girls to be the first faces the patients see when entering the clinic. Whoever the owner is they need to make a big change.

Fast at reception, not a long wait, and Dr. Shenoda is always efficient and kind. I'm glad I live so close to his clinic. I've seen complaints that he "didn't say 10 words to me". Me either. I'm not there for conversation, and there are other patients waiting. Well done him.

You don't feel welcomed at all, the black receptionist is very unprofessional and unpatient. She yells out what's your reason for here in front of other people, gives you dirty look if you don't tell her. I have been here bunch of times and I hate her so much. I have to attend to this clinic as my family doctor is here but I hate the service I've received from the front receptionist staff mainly the black girl.

I have been coming to this clinic since 2009. As a female, I'm thankful to be able to see a female G.P. . The desk staff is always professional and friendly, even in the face of nasty clients. Email is available to book an appointment when you think of it and staff will reply when they have a chance. Great place with great people! Thanks

I never had any bad experience with any of the receptionist. I have been here and witnessed other patients being very rude and yelling at the receptionist and to what I could see the receptionist and the manager handled it very well. I even told the patient they should apologize because it was uncalled for. The wait time is way better then other clinics I have been to where it's over 3hrs to see the walk in doctor and there's not even a long line up.
