Bad experience!
I spent a good amount of money on a few items.
Opened at home it was dented.. Ok.. Shipping mistake
The customer service was brutal.. I'm driving the stuff back to them? ??
End up in an argument with defensive arrogant staff. Owner?
No respect for customers!!
Save your money shop somewhere else!!!

Best patio furniture available in windsor. Not just the staff but the owner himself is very kind and helpful. Fire place and bbq are the specialty.

I recently purchased a Dimplex fireplace . Staff excellent and helpful. Had an issue and after contacting the owner by email , received an immediate response. He investigated my issue with Dimplex and within a short period of time my problem was resolved and I received a personal phone call . Paul is a stand up guy who cares about his customers and wants to make things right. I highly recommend Patio Palace.

Horrible ExperienceI bought a number of products there and had an issue with one of them. After trying to get the issue resolved with the staff I spoke with the owner. I made a reasonable request to have the issue resolved and all he gave me was a defensive attitude.

Frankly, I was shocked to get such an ego from a guy with such a tiny store.

Next time I'm going to a big box store.
