I bought a bamboo pillow from here that is discounted %40 (from ~$90 to $59) and to my surprise I found that exact same one on amazon.ca for $29 and that is regular price! Be aware when buying from here

Not impressed JUST bought a brand new King Mattress and it's too firm I called and asked about a satisfaction guarantee and they said because I slept on it TWICE they can't take it back so I would have to spend another $300+ to get a mattress topper for it when I already spent over $800! Not happy. Will not recommend this place. I wish I went to the Brick or Sleep Country :( I never had problems with them but wanted to support a local business. Lesson learned!! :(

Last night was my first night on the new mattress. It was phenomenal! This is the first morning in a long time that I haven't woken up with a sore hip. Its the perfect level of firmness and support for me thanks to the amazing sales team at Bedroom Depot!

Called to see if they had a mattress with the specs I was looking for. They were quite rude and told me that they can't help. I was looking for a mattress that I can flip and they told me that it's against fire code. Why do other people sell them? And you don't need to be rude about it.

Was looking for a mattress topper, I figured since this place was called Bedroom Depot, it would probably have the best selections, boy was I wrong.I stated I was looking for a double sized mattress topper and was shown one single product wrapped in plastic, no label or markings on it. The 'salesman' bragged that his product was made in Canada, but with no label on it how could you tell? Been to sears and Walmart and both places had larger selection of toppers, all sizes and kinds. Big disappointment here, thought that they specialized in all things for the bedroom. Just my experience.

Had trouble with a mattress comfort level, but I paid a little extra and ungraded my mattress to a pillow top, thanks to their 30 day comfort trial. Spoke about warranty and was told about the requirements needed to be sure to be covered. Bed with a center support no stains and a dip more then an inch and a half in the case of Simmons which is the mattress manufacturer that I purchased from.
