I recently bought a ford bronco from this dealership. The staffs were very nice and helpful. Neel and Ainan made sure that my sales experience was flawless and explained me everything about the car. They did talked me into buying the bronco but I don’t regret it for a moment.
Great experience overall, with many thanks to Sam(sales manager) for keeping us updated on our vehicle order. the paperwork signing and clarification was done pretty well from Emir. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy with all the warranty add-ons in the end and lastly but not least, I appreciate the fact that my mustang mach E was not marked up over msrp.
Bought Ford mustang at good discounted price from whiteoak. Really appreciate the staff and all the stuff.
Taranjot (TJ) as manager and sales person Syed Ainan Ahmed are very nice to me. Never make me feel that I am visiting them the first time.
If you want to buy any new car, you must visit them at least one time.
Wanted to buy a Tesla and wanted it on a specific date that was less than a week away.
Aaftab did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure it happened on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.
Picked up my used F150 from Whiteoak Ford. The whole experience was okay, and looking back there are few things that should have made me walk away, or make sure they took care of before signing paperwork.
1 - I traded in my Jeep Cherokee and they asked for 2 keys (which I had). I assumed that the F150 came with two keys as well, when asked about the 2nd set of keys they handed me a $500 estimate to get a new key. They refused to get me another key even after spending over $50k. Also without the 2nd key the key pad entry does not work as it cant be reset.
2 - Tires were bald when the car was at the dealer and I test drove it. Sales person told me that service will inspect and then change if necessary. When I went to pick up the truck apparently they met the safety standards and were not changed (see pics of thread)
3 - 2 tire locks on the truck were rusted and actually broken off. I did not realise this untill I went to pick up the truck after it was paid for. After talking to the manager they finally gave me 4 used lug nuts (non locking) to replace the broken ones.
Once the sale was made the customer service declined. I like my truck but I would be careful, and inspect every inch of a vehicle before signing paperwork.
Very, very disappointing. Took my new Lincoln in for regular maintenance and winter tire installation. I made the appointment specifically stating I would like to wait for the vehicle while it was being serviced. The CSR conveyed this would be no problem and they have a great place for me to work and relax while I wait. She indicated it would be a couple of hours, especially with me booking it in among the first appointments for the day. I arrive there early (7:04am), check in and when the service advisor asked me if I needed a ride somewhere I told him I would be waiting. He looked at me like I had two heads and told me it would be a very long time to get the servicing done. I asked for an estimate on timing and he couldn't give me one. I asked if there was anyway he can expedite the servicing given I booked it with the understanding it would be just a couple of hours. Like everyone else, I have a busy schedule and booked my day around this being the case. I honestly understand errors like this can happen sometimes and asked if there was anything he could do to help me out. Nope! He made me feel like I was being unreasonable and couldn't accommodate me. I expressed my disappointment, left (very professionally), but obviously disappointed. It will be interesting to see if they care enough about a lost customer, to do a follow up.
Never had this experience with Mercedes, Land Rover, Volvo or Infiniti. Going to another Lincoln dealership for my servicing needs.
Just brought a new Lincoln from these guys. Excellent service. Frank Reid was totally professional and upfront with all the information. I liked the transparency and he did whatever he could without going through back and forth a lot with the general sales manager. They are fast in approving you for finance.
Great experience. We actually just went into the dealership to see what Ford had to offer as we hadn't purchased a new car in a very long time and we'd never had a Ford. Our salesperson was great, and so we decided to buy the Ford Focus and we made a great decision. We were treated very well and it's a very nice dealership.
Purchased my 3rd vehicle last week from White Oak, a used 2015 Fusion. Service, and Delivery were amazing! My price was great. There was tremendous transparency when finalizing the sale price. Matthew was my sales consultant and I would recommend him and this dealership.
I have owned Ford products since I started driving and I have never been disappointed. Many years ago, I bought a Ford Granada that was new. It leaked a small amount of oil from the very beginning and I took it to a couple of dealerships to be repaired. They both said that it was something that I would have to live with. I disagreed so I kept looking. I went to Whiteoak to ask if they could solve the problem. The service department gave me a loaner car and tore the car apart until they found the problem! Since then, I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Whiteoak and I have always been treated so well. Ron Loveys and his team are the best!
Shout out to Steven very good salesman. We will return to get our second because of him.
They have always taken excellent care of me and my family, investing the time to ensure we understand everything and needs are met. Service team is efficient, courteous and very thorough.
They are very friendly and always gives the lowest prices on new cars over their direct competitors. The staff is very cooperative and knowledgeable. They provide good service and they honor their customers' by making the deal happen for them.
I was in the market for an F-150. Didn't know exactly what model, or trim I wanted to get. Ended having Mike Loveys, who happens to be the sales manager show me some vehicles. Mike spent a considerable amount of time, and had me drive the whole line-up of vehicles. Not only that, he provided detailed financing on every single one. I had to settle for a used truck, which unfortunately was not in White Oak's inventory. My experience there was absolutely great. I ended buying a used truck that a competitor had, and that was a huge mistake. My experience there was terrible. I plan on purchasing my warranty and service from White Oak. Next time I will wait, so I can buy from them. I have dealt with a few dealerships and they are all the same. Same sales pitch and strategy. They might as well use robots. Mike completely shattered my expectations. Needles to say my next Ford will be from White Oak.
Always a pleasure to deal with! From buying to servicing. I bought my Super Duty from Mike Loveys, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always used Steve Ledrew in service. This week was the 1st major repair I had on my truck out of warranty. Steve booked my truck in and got it done in less time then he thought it would take. The job was done perfectly and the price was more then fair. Their entire service department is always very professional and knowledgeable. They also do a great job of keeping me up to date with progress anytime my truck is in for service. Would never hesitate to recommend this dealership.
