Had an apt. for valve adjustmen which they weren't able to do, they did change my all season to winter tires and since they did the job, I have tpms ON all the time. I thought doing service on dealeships was better but qualified mechanics is hard to find.
I have visited at least 6 honda dealerships in all BC and AB and probably the best one is in Cranbrook, but in Vancouver area or even vancouver island they are not professionals at all, not even when you do a 700$ service.

Worst service ever. My first time writing a review. Went to Honda White rock for a battery test due to recent problem starting the car then result came all fine and the battery had no problem at all and car didn’t start maybe for odd things they said. So the day after I only changed my engine oils and filter at my regular bodyshop not Honda Whiterock. BUT Car didn’t start again after a couple of days!! Not weeks or months! IN THE SAME WEEK! So I had to bring the car in again and I understood, maybe they didn’t find the problem last time, maybe they only checked the battery itself not connection problems or whatever. And I got the stupid answer from them saying battery is not good and I need to change it. I asked them why your results are so different for the same test in this short time and the answer I got was “I don’t know!” Now I have to make another appointment to change the battery with my reg bodyshop and if I knew it from the first test, I didn’t have to waste my time this much! Now I understand why my friends in the neighbors said I shouldn’t try this location out. They don’t value customer’s time, didn’t bother to say sorry nor trying to help me understand why they couldn’t find it at the first place. Very disappointed.

Purchased a new Honda and had a great experience with Leo the sales adviser. We also just had a full service done on our other Honda and had another great experience there. Joel was great to deal with as well! I highly recommend these guys

Great place to take your honda for a repair or service. I will definitely take my car back to White Rock Honda thanks to the amazing service from Lindsay one of the service advisors there. She is amazingly helpful. It's nice to know when you drop your car off anywhere that the people working on it care about you and your car. This is absolutely the case at White Rock Honda. Thank you to the staff and a double thank you to Lindsay.

Just purchased a "slightly used" CR-V from the team at White Rock Honda. I was treated as though buying brand new! I can't say enough about the service and attention to detail demonstrated by everyone! Thanks to you all for making my car purchase an enjoyable experience!

I have purchased two new vehicles from White Rock Honda. No complaints with the Sales Dept, the Parts Dept is great, but the Service Dept is terrible! I have a Ridgeline that developed a water leak one week after buying new. I've had the vehicle in to White Rock numerous times over the years to try to fix the leaks, and I've had to completely replace three interior carpets. Now I discover on my own that Honda issued a Technical Service Bulletin many years ago that clearly describes how to fix my problem. The Service Dept never reviewed Honda's own documentation - they simply kept putting on sealant downstream of the leak instead of fixing the root cause (not once but many times). Not happy! I strongly advise you stay away from the White Rock Honda service department and go somewhere else.

Service department is great. Very friendly staff. All the prices are displayed very nicely for everyone to see on large displays. Very transparent and very reasonable price.

Had a great experience here buying our used Honda Pilot. Out of over seven dealers these were the only ones willing to come down over $2,000 on our car! Also they're doc fee of $299 is extremely reasonable. Sales managers we're all very friendly and helped me with every question I had about the vehicle. Definitely recommend this dealer.

I was ready to purchase at Carter Honda. I put a deposit on a vehicle as suggested to hold the car. When I went to pick up the vehicle they had sold it! I was a customer of Carter for 25 years. I went to White Rock Honda and explained what happened and they bent over backwards to get me the same deal. The sales staff do not pressure you and are very knowledgable. I will now purchase my future Honda's from White Rock Honda and will recommend them to my friends.

I had a terrible experience at Honda Whiterock !

Manager over there , he didn' even introduce himself and say hello at the moment we met for the first time.when he finished quotation he threw the printing to me on the desk and again he threw a pen when I ask for a pen. Were I his customer or slave ?? From that ugly beginning, he was so rude to the end. He seemed to be so much arrogant and I had a feeling that I was treated so bad because I am small Oriental guy.

At that time I brought the quotation I receiveed from the other Honda shop and asked the salesman to match the condition. I distingtively said if they could not make it , sorry but I couldn't have a contract there. If yes, I said surely I would write down a contrat right now. That was my point.

While I was talking about the condition ( I was not in a good mood but I tried to negotiate with the manager to get a good conclusion ) , the salesman named Todd (?) expressed his bad mood to my wife - probably he was getting mad about my proposal - who was in the next room throwing pen and paper and even pounding a cup ( I heard this later )
Finally when I gave up the negotiation and was about to leave the shop, Todd started to get angry with me shouting " you do not have respect !" repeatedly. Oh my God !!!

I do not know how much profit the shop or the salesman could have.
I just want to buy a car with a good condition as all the customers do.
Sometimes customer could ask for a hard and excessive condition I know. But I wonder If the staff over there think it is right to get angry with that kind of customers and show their rude attitude , even shouting to the customers when they can not come to a good conclusion? Moreover I brought the quotation proposed by other Honda shop and just asked to match it thinking it could be a condition they could accept. Was it too much ?

Today, I got a bad feeling as I and my wife was humiliated by Honda whiterock staff . They surely looked down on me and my wife as we were small Oriental people.

I want to ask them " Do you treat the customers that same way as you did to me and my wife today when you think their proposal is too much and you can not accept it ? "

I do want to get the response from the person who is in charge of the shop. If possible, I even want to contact to somebody who is managing or representing the dealers at Honda Canada.
