I've always found what I needed there.
Pretty much has everything you need for your pets. Staff are always welcoming and helpful when needed, as it's a big store and a bit harder to find specific items.
They have good options for fish and birds, and few lizards and hamsters as well.

Item on sale and came up incorrect on the till. The cashier says it's a different product even though the receipt description says otherwise. I end up wasting 30 minutes going back in to return the item.

Just visited their grooming salon based on a friend's recommendation. Masae (the groomer) was super friendly and I could tell that she loved animals and loved grooming them. She took the time to understand the style I wanted for my bichon and the results were great!

Great selection of stuff for a wide variety of pets. However, you'll likely have to wait in line at checkout for a little bit. While they're great for finding higher quality pet foods, they don't have the best prices on the more common bramds like Friskies.

Just got my puppy recently so i decided to get some essential items. I was pretty clueless what to get until the staff there. Not only did she figure everything out but she also shared alot of her knowledge with me on how to raise a dog right. They also have a great selection on many items. This will be my go to place from now on from all of my puppy's needs!

Nice selection of cat scratching items, found the perfect one. I asked store employee Bernard if it had catnip on it and he got a spray bottle and covered it with catnip.

Not a lot of customer help. But when you get one they know a lot about how to take care of pet. An animal lovers paradise. Found stuff that I never knew existed for pets.

Christmas Eve they let us in just minutes before closing and patiently walked us through the process of making a pet name-tag. We wanted our dog to have ID while we were visiting Richmond from Vancouver Island. Great service!
