This is the best Pharmacy I have ever visited: the Pharmacists are extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable--obviously experts in their field--, and always remember their customers; the other staff have never been anything but very pleasant and patient (despite how busy it is, and it can get very busy!) I would recommend them without reservation.

Bad points - rude, clueless counter staff. Most of the cashiers in this store are very young students with lots of attitude and little social skill. Basically the typical spoiled, bored-looking UWO student. If you're over 30 they talk to you as though you have Alzheimer's, and don't say things like "thank you" or even smile.

The manager really should make a greater effort to hire students with good social skills (yes, they do exist!) or find some more seasoned people who know the value of customer service.

Good points - pharmacist himself is nice, store has a good selection of items. Scripts are filled quickly and pharmacist is helpful.
