The trick to keeping your cutie smiling from ear to ear in the morning? Avoid overscheduling. Mailboxes full of invitations to parties, housewarmings, and more can lead to missed naps and late bedtimes, and you’ll end up with temper tantrums and meltdowns from your otherwise content and happy babe. #WeeSleep #WeeSleep101

Happy #NationalTeddyBearDay! Little ones have big imaginations, and being in their room alone can be scary at times. A snuggly buddy is a great idea to help your child feel safe, comfortable, and secure when drifting off to sleep. Consider getting a spare for the wash cycle! Remember to keep only one snuggly buddy in the crib to not over stimulate your little one before bedtime. #WeeSleep #WeeSleep101 📷: Olivia Skye & Co
It's #NationalLazyMomDay and we're all in! It's no easy task transitioning the kiddos into their fall routines and for that alone, moms deserve a day (or two) to sleep in! #WeeSleep 📷: Katusha & Co

We just had an experience with WeeSleep and it was the best money we’ve ever spent! Karen Park was our consultant and she is so incredibly helpful and just awesome. The whole plan is customized to your child’s individual needs and laid out for you so if you do the work, sleep will come! I co slept with my baby pretty much since the beginning and we were up 4-5 times a night. Now my almost 11 month old sleeps 12 hours through the night, every night, with no night wakes. She falls asleep on her own with no soother, no being rocked and no being fed to sleep! We will be recommending this to every tired parent we know that is in the same boat as we were. Thanks Karen!!
After almost seven months of frequent night wakings and fighting for each and every nap with our sweet girl, we finally decided it was time to seek professional help. Both my husband and I will tell you it was money well spent as this has been a gift not only to us but more importantly to our baby. We couldn’t have been more impressed and happy with our sleep coach Anne Del Valle- she was compassionate, down to earth, and set us up for success from the start! She made sure we were following the plan she created for us and helped us tweak things here and there if need be. Our baby was sleeping through the night by the third night (although it took a few more nights for this mom to get that full night sleep as I was continually checking the monitor in disbelief that she was STILL asleep!) This has been a great experience for us and I can’t thank Anne enough for teaching us how to teach our baby to sleep- it really is the best gift ever!
We worked with Diana Martins. She was an absolute dream to work withliterally. Diana gave us incredible support and resources to ensure we all got sleep. My husband and I felt so good knowing we are helping our son develop healthy sleeping habits, and we are all sleeping. We started with a baby waking 3-6 times a night, early wake ups, dependency on a soother, rocking, and nursing to sleep. After one night with WeeSleep we all had a solid twelve hours of sleep. He slept through the night and continued to do so. He started napping more consistently as well. We felt very confident and supported knowing we had a plan to help us achieve this. I would recommend this to anyone struggling with sleep. Diana also educated us a lot about the rationale behind why we were doing what we were doing. As a health care professional I really valued this as well. If you are reading this and debating if you should do this or notdo it. It was the best money we ever spent. Thank you Diana!
My son was never a good sleeper, but as he got older it seemed to get worse. At the 5 month mark he wasn’t sleeping more than 2 hrs at a time during the night, and all of his sleep (naps included) were spent in my arms after rocking him (which sometimes took 45 mins). He was tired, all the time. He changed; he didn’t have the energy to stay awake for more than 1.5hrs, he didn’t want to play or laugh, he had bags under his red eyes, and mom and dad were miserable from lack of sleep.
Along came our decision to hire Jenn! LIFE CHANGING! Honestly the best money I could have ever spent on my kid. With her experience, knowledge, tips, tricks, guidance and support, she gave us a plan that we saw begin to work the first night. My son slept for 9 hrs night 1, 11 hrs night 2, and it’s only gotten better from there. Now he sleeps anywhere from 10-13 hrs a night, simply by me putting him in his bed and walking away. Naps are improving too!
With Jenn’s help (and patience with all my questions), my son is well rested, happy, and back to his playful, fun self. Hubby and I actually sleep through the night too!
She changed our lives, and we are forever grateful that our son has learned healthy sleep habits that he’ll carry for years to come.
This is the most honest review I can give. I was not paid, coaxed, or compensated for my review. I’ve seen what Jenn can do and I hope she can continue to help people like me who haven’t a clue how else to get your kid to sleep. My recommendation is to choose a package that includes an in home consultation. Jenn saw my son’s room and helped make recommendations for a more conducive sleep environment. If you’re going to hire anyone, hire WeeSleep and request Jenn!
Thanks Jenn! You rock. We’re so grateful to have worked with you! Your endless support meant everything to us!
My son had started out as such a good sleeper. When he was born, I was fully expecting to wake up every 1.5-2 hours for a feeding, but right away he was sleeping between 3 and 4 hours straight at a time. The lengths of time only increased as the weeks progressed. Some nights, he would sleep 7 hours straight. His only issue was a seeming refusal to go to bed before 11 p.m., but I figured I could live with that. I thought we were in heaven, and as such, did no research into baby’s sleep.
Then the 4 month sleep regression popped up, turning my once great sleeper into a nighttime demon that woke up crying at least 8 times a night, if not more. It got to the point where I’d set us up on the couch, as that was the only place he would sleep for more than an hour at a time. My web browser was tab after tab of sleep websites, articles, and message boards. I threw everything I was learning at my son and nothing stuck. Eventually, I emailed WeeSleep (from the floor of my son’s nursery, at 3 in the morning, while telling myself that I’d give away half of my bank account for more than 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night). I was excited, but also nervous. My hopes for a full night’s sleep for the both of us were so high, and I didn’t want to be disappointed. And let me just say, I don’t feel an ounce of disappointment.
Cara and the plan she sent through were incredible. My son slept through the night (over 11 hours! Up until the start of the program, I kept telling myself that I’d be ok with 7 or 8 hours straight) on the very first night. Throughout the 10 days, I only went into his room during the night twice. He went from needing to nurse to sleep, never falling asleep in his crib, and never, ever napping in his crib, to being able to fall asleep and stay asleep in his crib independently. He sleeps about 12 hours a night, and if he wakes up crying at any point, he always puts himself back to sleep. I couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. Thank you Cara and WeeSleep!
Nursed, rocked to sleep, soother4 times a night. For a while it was OK and even something I looked forward to. After all, they grow up so quick and midnight snuggles with my babe were a very special time. But I knew I wouldn't feel quite the same when I started back to work. Alanna McCorkindale to the rescue! By night 2 (yes, night 2!) little man was sleeping 12 hours! And still is! I have to say, the first night was the most challenging, but Alanna was fully supportive and virtually held my hand the whole time. She is knowledgeable, warm and really makes you feel like you're talking to one of your girlfirends. I felt and do feel very confident in the WeeSleep process and would highly recommend Alanna to all the new mamas out there ready to get their whole family well rested.
With Lisa Kvapil’s help we had our baby sleeping through the night by night 2!
Lisa is very supportive and easy to talk to. We followed her plan religiously and it worked wonders!
Night 1 was hard, and it did take our baby about 3 weeks to not be upset for bedtime. She now goes down for all naps and nighttime sleep without a peep.
Before Lisa’s help we were co-sleeping with 2 large nighttime feeds and 10 total wake-ups plus using the stroller or carrier for ALL naps. With Lisa’s plan our baby is now sleeping 12 hours overnight (no feeds) in the crib with 3 solid naps in the crib.
Our baby was exactly 5 months when we started sleep training. It has changed my life. I’m a much more patient parent now that I sleep.
Highly recommend Lisa and WeeSleep.
Incredible experience. So hard but so worth it in the the end. My little one is sleeping through the night and is so much happier! Learning the skill of self soothing and sleep are so valuable and I am so thankful for this amazing gift!!
After extensive research, we decided to go with WeeSleep and Kristen was our local consultant. We had been on vacation (with 3 hour time change) and baby turning 4 months, we were at our wits end! I had to convince my husband that it was worth the money to spend if it meant sleep for baby and mom.
We completed the Virtual Rescue Me and after 2 weeks we had no luck with the programnighttime or nap time! Although Kristen seemed very nice, there was no help with the issues we were having which were long nighttime wakes .. she just kept reiterating to stick to the plan. I feel like the program is just a generic template sent out to clients based on age and if any issues come up there is no additional knowledge or suggestions.
I stuck to it for months, had no life and are still struggling with nighttime sleep issues. I would not recommend WeeSleep.
I heard a consultant speak and was very concerned about some of the messaging I heard. Moms were given frankly unrealistic advice. Unnecessary restrictions were described as the only way to go rather than an option for families. As a cosleeping mama who prioritizes with fostering attachment I would ask that you present your advice as an option if families would like to choose it. I worry that some moms, especially new moms, might walk away feeling inadequate if they are not willing or able to be that restrictive with their child and their routines.
So glad we went with Wee Sleep! We worked with Stephanie Ellis and she was absolutely fabulous. So positive and supportive, we now have predictability to our day our daughter is sleeping through the night and she is over all a happier baby ! Thank you !!
Anyone who is on the fence about whether or not to pull the trigger on sleep training: GO FOR IT!!!!!!
It has changed my life for the better overnight, literally. Worth every penny, every minute, every ounce of effort.
Anne Del-Valle was so incredibly helpful, even though it was a virtual package I felt like I could reach out to her with any questions and she would get right back to me as if she was there in person. THANK YOU ANNE!!!!!
Worth every penny!! My son was 3 months old when he was sleep trained. He took to it in 2 days like a duck to water. He's an amazing sleeper and napper and he is such a happier and easy to parent two year old. Highly recommend sleep training with Lisa Kvapil at Wee Sleep!!!
Hiring Lisa Kvapil was among the best decisions we made as new parents. We started our little one with sleep training very early recognizing how important it was for all of us to be rested. Because of Lisa's guidance and strong support, he was sleeping through the night at 3 months. And when I say sleeping through the night, I mean 12 hours straight! We are forever grateful for the skills she has given us and for teaching our growing family the importance of sleep, and how to teach our little guy sleep on his own in a loving and supportive way. Lisa was very reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive during each step of the process. Even on those days when you just want to give up, or the baby is just having an off day, having her support helped to keep us on track and achieve our sleep goals.
I honestly never thought my kids were going to sleep through the night. My 4yo had never, and my 2yo hadn't in a year and a half. We were up between 4 and 8 times a night, my youngest was on a nap strike, and bed time took over an hour and a half every night, and almost always included tears.
Now my girls sleep through the night, my youngest naps for two hours, and bed time is no longer a traumatic experience.
I seriously never thought this would happen. But it has. And I wouldn't have figured it out without Natalie Cavaco and WeeSleep.
Jane Weston at Wee Sleep worked wonders for us! Our 4 year old hadn't spent a whole night in his own bed from Dec 2016 until April 2018 and couldn't even fall asleep without holding my hand. We were all losing so much sleep and this was affecting the whole family. We were at our wits end until Jane was able to help. After 11 days he was falling asleep by himself, in his own room, and getting a complete night's rest. Amazing!
Our sleep consultant was Heather Lielmanis and she was so kind, patient and a good listener. We tried to sleep train for a couple weeks on our own before contacting wee sleep so we did have some ground work laid but still a lot more ahead and Heather made it relatively easy helped us get there much faster than we could have done on our own. It took 4 days to sleep through the night!!!! A friend once told me you will never get 8hrs of sleep again.well with wee sleep I now get that every single night!
Thank you Diana Martins for being extremely supportive and caring throughout the entire process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Our son co-slept with us for almost 7 months, was always fussy and constantly needed to be held. We knew he was not getting enough sleep but we did not know how to achieve it. With Diana's help we were able to establish a great routine. We now wake up to a very happy baby who independently sleeps 12 hours a night!
I attempted sleep training my son at 5 months on my own after reading numerous books and speaking with countless moms with no success. WeeSleep offers a comprehensive program but more important is the coach. Heather Lielmanis was patient, passionate and supportive. She helped me every step of the way. Days after working with Heather, my son was sleeping 10-12 hours at night. He is now a much happier, calmer baby. I am so grateful to have had Heather as our sleep coach. She has changed our family's life.
This review is way overdue! My family met Lisa Kvapil at the last Fall Baby Time Show. Our baby boy was 10.5 months and was very ready to get him sleep trained as we had read so much, talk with so many people and friends about different techniques. (Btw, I had been breastfeeding to sleep and we were both ready for a change!)
I personally was extremely nervous and really didn't like any methods that involved babe crying to sleep. Lisa explained everything, it was a gentle method and gave us amazing support and answered all my questions throughout the 12 plus daysshe really eased our minds even during baby's protest. And she was so right on how the baby would progress in the 10 day plan - our guy was textbook and slept through on night 2! I was amazed!
Looking back, I am so happy to have met / hired Lisa and Wee Sleep! It was worth the investment and the tough 10 days. We continue to use all the techniques we have learned! Every time, we are I'm hit with a sleep challenge, I remember 3 key things that have stuck from Lisa:
1) This is a new skill that babies are learning
2) No baby will fall asleep without a little protest (and don't rush in at every sound he makes)
3) Sleep changes but always gets better (and keeping consistent is the key)
Thank you Lisa and Wee Sleep!
From a thankful mom, dad and baby sleeping through the night since!
