I recently had to get a rental last minute. I called around and got some quotes and found city car rental to be reasonably priced. It was an efficient and smooth check in. Harman was super nice and I ended up with a 2022 Toyota Corolla. Price efficient, good customer service and a new car with low mileage, it was a win-win for me. I’ll deff be using them in the future if I need a rental. Thank you!

Awesome place to rent vehicles from at great prices! When we had some unexpected issues during a family trip to Ontario from BC these folks went well out of their way to help us out. Next time need a rental, City Car will be my first call. A special shout out to all the staff and manager! Incredible customer service!

I was in a car accident in the morning on new years eve. I called because my friends had rented from there before and always said good things. They sent someone to the scene within 20 minutes. I was having a really bad day and the person was very understanding and polite. I will definitely rent from here again and tell my friends.

Notice how half the reviews speak about getting into an accident, and these guys come to the rescue.
They lurk around collision centres, pushing traumatized drivers into signing for a rental car. They don't care if your auto insurance policy covers it or not, and tries to convince everyone they will be covered. They claim to have great rates, but they have no problem jacking up the rates when an insurance company is covering the tab. You better hope your policy covers it, or you'll be on the hook for the bill. Oh, they also gave me a car with almost no gas in the tank.. shows you how much they are organized. I suggest walking away from these guys, and go to a reputable rental company.
