  Erickson and the team made my move completely stress free and even enjoyable. They showed up on time, worked diligently and were both professional and friendly. Clearly experienced and careful with my belongings. Everything about working with these guys exceeded my expectations. My move was done so quickly I couldn't believe how much time I had left to unpack and get settled in. HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking to get your move done! Thanks again Erickson!

  I had a last minute move, same day, and I was lucky enough that Ericson fit me in. I only had a small apartment move so a truck was not needed and he sent over one of his movers, Rinor, to help me out with his personal vehicle. Rinor was friendly, efficient and pleasant and we got the move done in very little time.

  Had to rush to find some movers and these guys were available and responsive so I booked with them. Two movers were able to get everything done in about 2 hours. They were very to-the-point, communicated clearly, and were super chill despite the stress of moving. They even disassembled my desk and reassembled it quickly and efficiently without losing any parts. Really satisfied with the service.

  5 stars is not enough! I was dreading my move as I'd badly hurt my back shortly before my move day, but these guys handled EVERYTHING.
  They were speedy, on time, super-efficient, and delivered everything in great shape.
  On top of it all, Eric, Herman & Andrew were wonderful, polite, and extremely hard-working.
  I will be hiring them again for the rest of my life!

  Avoid at all costs. Ericson is extremely unprofessional. After I had to cancel my move unexpectedly because the other tenants hadn't left yet, he wouldn't accept that I needed to cancel and wanted payment. He hadn't asked for a deposit and there was no cancellation fee discussed, so I wasn't going to pay him for nothing. Instead of accepting the cancellation and handling it professionally, he called us at 6am and argued relentlessly with me on the phone until we had no choice but to hang up on him and warn him not show up, because by that point my husband and I were seriously concerned he'd show up banging down our door. He sent a registered letter to our new address about a month later demanding payment or he'd take legal action. What a joke. The worst experience I've ever had with a business!
  
  Edited in response to the owner: Hi Ericson, I called you the night before and left you a voicemail. I had only just learned myself that I couldn't move the next day as scheduled. You called me at 6am when you got the message. There was no deposit or cancellation fee, so of course I wasn't going to pay you hundreds of dollars for not coming. We could have just rescheduled the move. But, you chose to make a stressful situation even worse.

  Moved out, stored and moved in from July 2019-December 2019. Ericson and his team are great. Punctual, friendly, fast, efficient and careful. Most of all, Ericson really cares about his clients, in my case personally, we had a particular challenge to deal with, and if it hadn't been for Ericson, we could have ended up in a far worse situation.
  
  I highly recommend We Haul.
