Terrible customer service, drivers make up stories for why they don'y show up. Non flexible pick up time frames and the company does not care if they can't serve you during normal business hours.

A gentleman had delivered items to my place of work and the service could not be any worse. He was unable to pull his truck up to our dock, so we had to manually lift 2 skids worth of product to our location of business, while the person who drove the truck informed us that "he could not help us". He had also thrown wrapping plastic on my associates face while he was attempting to move product out of the truck. The whole time, this person had been on the phone the whole time.
If I had a choice, I am choosing any other shipping company.response / report this review -

worst customer experience! always deliver late ! no communication before delivery if there is any change ! makes you look terrible in front your customers. Doesn't offer any help ! ask you to go pick your marchandise 400KM away as an option if you want it next business day ! WOW
