  I was charged $1425 for a 10 hour move.From Old port to DowntownNo large appliances. The employee overcharged me $200. He had me pay him $1425 then gave the owners $1225 cash. I was scammed by their employee Peter.
  
  They damaged a $1600 chair claiming they did not have enough blankets so they had no choice to uncover the chairs and use the blankets for other items. I was told to leave the chair with them to get repaired but I have not heard from them on the status of the repair.
  
  My $1600 chair was never returned to me and no one is answering my calls or emails.
  
  There were 3 movers and one showed up 2 hours late and took a one hour break and I was still charged the fee for 3 movers $125/h. They showed up 3 hours late.
  
  The movers broke the elevator in the building in Old port and they have not paid for the repairs.
  
  They damaged my $3000 table and refused take responsibility because the 3 movers had asked my brother to help them, They blamed my brother for the damage.
  
  PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY PLEASE LISTEN TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS.

  They went to the place that I was moving to instead of the place I was moving from which delayed my move by two hours. They charged me over $150 more than what they originally quoted. They badly scratched the wooden floor in the kitchen that had been just completed as they were moving out the appliances. l had to pay my landlord for the additional fees out of my own pocket. I called several the main guy “Archie” several times and even sent photographs, but was ignored.

  Used them for my last 2 moves. Very good teams both times.
  
  Efficient, respectful, flexible. Made the moves much easier.

  My father requested a service from this company to move our tenants' things to her apartment. The tenant moved less than 100 meters away. The movers needed two trips and after the first trip they disappeared for several hours only to arrive again at almost 7pm. We called to ask where they were and the owner changed the cost. I am really frustrated by this company's audacity to charge $1000 for two trips at less than 100 meters away. The entire move began at 11am and ended at 9:30pm. I really would not recommend this company to anyone because this was extortion. Along with that one of the movers was smoking near our entrance and I had to ask him to smoke further away. This company lacks a lot of professionalism. We will never be using the services from this company again and I will be sharing this experience with my circle in order to protect them from this. This is a shame Archie since my family highly regarded your services prior to this.
  If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
