  We had just moved into a new house and discovered extensive water damage and mold. When we called We Care, Jack the owner, came the same day to assess the situation. From the very start I felt relieved that we had chosen We Care because Jack was very knowledgeable and did everything the right way and made me feel that the job was going to get done right without cutting any corners. In the middle of the water damage repairs we had shingles blow off our roof and water damage to the roof and ceiling in the house. We Care took care of all of that as well. Half the roof on our house was re-shingled in 3 days, I was amazed at how fast it was done. Overall they did an amazing job, very professional and always answered every question we had. We are very grateful for their help and the bill was all itemized and clearly laid out, no surprises and lower than we thought it was going to be. Excellent service.

  When our basement had sewer backup Jack's crew was there within 30 minutes to start pumping and walking us through the steps for our insurance. Jack was available to us during the entire restoration process to answer our questions, he let us know what his team was doing, and he made sure everything was done correctly. He made sure subcontractors were timely, performed quality work and he went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. Highly recommended for any restoration needs.

  Jack did excellent work for us. He was always available for any questions we had. As we work irregular hours his team made extra effort around our schedule, even if that meant only 1 or 2 hours some days. We are very happy with the final results.

  I worked with Jack and John for awhile and I really enjoyed the work. They had me doing mostly clean up, but it was something different everyday which I really liked. They seemed interested in helping me further my skills, and I felt like I was a part of a family almost with how well we got along. I ended up losing the job when I got another job babysitting, but I'm still grateful for the experience and glad Jack gave me a chance despite having no relevant experience. Thanks Jack & John for teaching me a thing or two about restoration!

  Jack and his team work hard and will put your mind at ease with whatever needs to be done. Jack really takes pride and does care about you and your project. Fast, efficient and cost effective. I would recommend We Care Restoration.
