One of my favourite fabric stores. Excellent customer service. I often receive my order lovingly packaged in a Simply bag. Fabrics are excellent quality.

I was really excited to order from here but I ran into several issues. I was unaware they had two separate sites--a Canadian and an American one, and I ordered from the US site (the one Google brought me to), which charged me in USD and used USPS for shipping. It was only after seeing my order was shipping from Ontario that I thought it was strange to have been charged in USD, so I found the Canadian site only after deliberately looking for it. I contacted Simplifi twice to try and correct my order before it shipped, the first time using a form on their website, and after not hearing back for two days, I tried again by email. It has been a week and no word. I am now trying to get my order from the shipping service Simplifi selected without consulting me. I don't often think to leave reviews but this lack of customer service and feeling of paying more than I was supposed to from the unnecessary exchange rate and shipping option that I wouldn't have chosen was really frustrating.

Happy story about a problem! When my box of fabric arrived, I thought it must have been packed at a beachside resort! Tiny grains of what looked like sand fell off the packaging. Within minutes I realized that a small package of dye reagents had opened up in the mail. My fabric was nicely wrapped in separate packaging, so no harm to the fabric. A quick email to Simplifi, response that day, new package en route, no problems, no ‘challenges’ and no regrets!

I've only placed one order from Simplifi so far but can say my first experience was a great one! Shipping was really quick, packaging was great! I wish the fabrics were labeled/included info but really not a big deal. The fabric mystery box is awesome! I'll definitely be ordering more from this shop!
