Worst service! Not deserving for 1 star but no option, I listed house with them in Hamilton in AUGUST, 2021. They put there lock box sign papers thats all. After that zero communication I request agent kamaldev put my email for showing email notifications but nothing. When I contact him he said sorry busy with this and that. And when I call him again he said no response if u desperate I have someone.This happened with me two times. But the interesting thing is brand new detached house after listing 6 weeks no any offer nothing even I noticed that at start he fix offer presentation day but without any reason he did not inform us and he cancel offer presentation day. And in HAMILTON buyer take 2% commission but they ask me we will offer 2.5% to buyer to bring customer. I said why 2.5% he said because I will bring people from toronto and far areas. Buyer agent will attract to 2.5% instead of 2% But at the end no one from even Hamilton just rubbish.
At the end I message him after 6 weeks that enough is enough if my property is not sold with in 10
Days then take u r sign board and I am not selling this property. I am not desperate to sale this property. Then on same night he bring offer with low price but i told him not lower then my asking price then he sold the house on conditional 5 days. After sale till closing no call nothing and property closed on 1 Dec 2021 and till today 8 Dec 2021 no call nothing that property sold all done not even single message. Even I call there office brokerage and confirmed from them did you guys received your commission they surprised even lady told me it will take 5 business days to deposit money into our account 😂😂😂😂.🤦🏽🤦🏽
GUYS DO NOT BUY OR SALE ANY PROPERTY ON ROYAL CANADIAN BROKERAGE. HONESTLY THIS PEOPLE BEFORE SELLING THEY WILL ASK I WILL DO THIS AND THAT CONFIRM SOLD. BUT NOTHING ZERO RESULT. I CAN SAY EASY TO GET REALTOR LICENCE BUT HARD TO PERFORM PROPER DUTY. FULLY NON PROFESSIONAL IF THEY HAVE REALTOR LIKE THIS THEN THEY WILL FACE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS.response / report this review -

Sales Representative Davinder Bhullar was exceptional in helping us find a Detached property that fit our needs and our budget. Additionally he helped with selling our previous property! He worked extremely hard and diligently and was always ready to answer any questions we had! We highly recommend him!

We met with Balkaran for the first time late last year, and just closed on our home in April 2021. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and never let us lose our motivation for finding our first home. Highly recommend him and his services!
