The girls were nice, but I think the waxperts need some more training. She was putting the wax in such a big area, that she had to pull the paper so many times to take all the wax. She didnt hold down my skin which made more painful than usual. She would ask u if ur ready and then pull, i prefer when the waxers just pull so that i dont know when its coming (that way it hurts less in my opinion) thats just my preference.
But the biggest thing is that i still have hair down there, if the result was gonna be like this I would've done it myself. (My usual place, even if they couldnt get the hair with wax they would tweez them for you). They are supposed to be the experts/professionals.
    Probably won't be going back.

Terrible experience. So bad I refused to pay which I have never done before. She missed whole patches of hair and waxed places I asked her not to. We had to spend 15min cleaning wax off because she went to wax a whole area I told her not to.

Edit: Received a call from CEO asking about incident. I would've taken the review down if I got a sincere apology and a refund. Considering the permanent scarring, a refund seems reasonable to me. However, even before I asked for one, the CEO told me that she will give me a refund under the condition that the review is taken down. In disbelief that she's actually trying to bargain with the refund I refused. She says she will make a public reply to my review based on what she saw from the cameras so I'm looking forward to it.

EDIT 2: It's funny that the CEO of a company would downright lie on the reviews. Free service that I accepted? What a joke. Luckily for me, knowing what kind of a lying scumbag business you run, I recorded all our calls both with your employees and yourself. So come at me. If anyone's interested in listening to the CEO lying through her teeth, let me know.

Original review: Got waxed here, lost a chunk of my skin in the sensitive region that scarred very visibly. I understand that there are inherent risks with waxing - however, I am leaving a 1 star review for the following two reasons:

    1. When the associate ripped off the skin and it started bleeding, she didn't even inform me. Rather, she kept trying to pressure me into purchasing their 'anti-bacterial soap' for $22 (newsflash: all household soaps are anti bacterial, that's why we use them when washing hands, etc). I thought this was unusual until I noticed the bleeding and the chunk of skin missing (~1 inch long and 1/2 inch wide). I was given 'anti-bacterial lotion' to take care of it.

    2. I was told by the same associate that the waxed region was particularly dry, which lead to the gash. The most shocking part is that she told me this was entirely avoidable, if she had moisturized the area before waxing it, which she will do so next time. Too bad there won't be a next time. Chances are, this scar won't ruin my life but the fact that I paid 70 dollars to get a permanent scar, a bit of lotion, and the opportunity to crab-walk for 6 days is a good reflection of how this establishment operates.

It's a good location and nice service. But it's a bit pricey. You can find similar quality for less money

    New to the city!
I booked an appointment for a Brazilian (among other waxing services). Booking process was over the phone and easy. The location is well appointed with free parking and a 10 minute drive from home. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and took note of the space. It appeared very clean, airy and inviting. I was taken into the room on time. My waxpert was a young, cheerful girl who was good to explain the process to me (it was my first time at their spa but definitely not my first time getting waxed). My appointment lasted 1.5 hours with some small talk and semi-awkward moments. It was nice they were playing the movie "The Devil Wears Prada" -- a welcomed distraction. Once my waxpert said we were finished, I noticed my Brazilian wasn't done very well. She went over those areas and removed more of the hair but her technique allowed some breakage. It was disappointing but she did get most of it. I paid $130 for the services I received. It's a fair price, and I'd be happy to pay it againI'd only hope for a smoother result.

Super CLEAN and professional atmosphere. It's a good location, there is a free parking lot. I was able to have a friendly conversation with both the receptionist and Jaden, who did my eyebrows, she did an excellent job and gave me some good advice for regrowth and maintenance in between my services. I also got a call a few days after my appointment to see how everything went and welcome me as it was my first time getting a service. I will definitely be back!
