My family and I have been treated by Dr. Park for the past 8 years. Although booking appointments have been a little tricky due to his busy schedule, he has always provided warm, considerate and professional care for us.
We are unfortunately moving away from the area, but will continue our chiropractic treatment with him!

My wife and I have just left from the clinic. We are very happy now and we really want to thank to Dr.Bak. We had been very depressed and desperate theseday as my wife had been suffering from her tail bone pain. We had visited couple of other clinics lately, and had disappointment because all we could have from doctors were couple of advice and webpage for exercise. This was our first visit to Dr.Bak today, and he actually paid attention to what we were saying about symptom or situations. We are very touched. Thank you!

Doctors: knowledgeable and professional. Staff: will do their best to help you. Environment: modern and clean. Have been to this clinic many times, all positive experience.
More thorough than other medical clinic i’ve been to in Coquitlam.
    Highly recommend.

Wait times are the same as most every other "walk in clinic" expect it to be full by 2pm, and wait at least an hour for your appointment if you get a time slot. So that's fine. I adjust my day accordingly.

But - a Dr's office should have basic cleanliness standards. This one perplexes me every time we go! The floors are disgusting. Especially in the exam rooms!!! Dirt that has clearly been there for more than a week (in the corners). Stains on the walls! Eww!

It causes me pause whether the equipment is also neglected? Is it cleaned?

I hope the office staff sees this to take notice, and hire someone to do a proper cleaning! Daily!!

Seems like this clinic sees a highest volume of patients in this area, so it is always busy and very hard to book an appointment.
Despite the fact that they have long waiting, my doctors were very patient and welcoming.
They were very professional and I felt like they know how to address the challenges I face.
The outcome was great after couple of visits.
I would definitely wait an extra to receive a treatment here.

I don’t often write reviews, but seems like negative ratings are misleading, and conclusively this clinic is highly recommended!

When I moved to Coquitlam a few years ago I chose the Well Medical Clinic due to the close proximity to my new home. I'm a low maintenance patient, only really requiring one efill prescription usually.

Of the years I've made appointments to see a doctor here, it has always been with Dr. Bak. From my first visit he was kind, soft-spoken, and truly listened when I described my initial medical history. He answered all of my questions and I feel satisfied knowing that I've put my trust in his care.

The clinic is quiet and the waiting room, while often busy, is quite spacious. The medical office assistants great you upon entry and ask the right questions to get you in to see someone. There have been times that I've waited, but this I expect from a walk-in clinic.

My suggestion to you is to book an appointment if you can. If you can't, bring a good book to read while you wait your turn.

The new receptionists are way better than the last ones. Great job whoever got them fired.

Dr.Sung has to be the single worst practitioner I have met in my entire life. Snaps back at me for asking "too many questions", always in a rush to get me out of there, randomly prescribed me with antibiotics prior to any physical, bloodtest, or any imaging scans, and to top it off, suggested that I book another appointment for another health complication I have had since she "didn't have the time" to answer the rest of my questions.

If you care any little bit about your general well-being, avoid this place at all costs, especially Dr.Sung.

So. I moved my family doctor couple years back. Just as some people said the lady doctor here is very curt and short with words. Very business like. Quick to subscribe stuff. She is great at documentation, very through and can be generous with time off work. Not the worst doctor I had, (I've had worse) but certainly not the best. In fact I felt uncomfortable out of 3 years of my transfer here I spent 2 years of that time seeing other doctors at other walk ins. Space is beautiful and place is very clean, but appointments are often a guideline and you need a book even if you make an appointment. Expect to wait for an hour at least appointment or not. Staff are friendly, but dealing with claims if you let them know you'd like to change clinic they respond with "Oh it's only x amount of treatment. Just come anyway" or refuse to even let me pay to claim the first settlement from WCB or ICBC directly. They do get things done promptly. But overall, don't go there. Doctor Karl Kelley at Superstore Mercy clinic is way kinder. He was the only doctor who offered to help me sue the company if needed to after hearing the work related injury details. (I didn't but knowing that he cares is nice)

    Do't go there.
    I do not recommend there.
YOU HAVE TO WAIT A LOT.
If you need to spend the time, then go there.

They've got friendly staff who are trying their best to help you, but we didn't have the best experience with the lady doctor. She doesn't communicate , and doesn't even try to take an accurate history . I should ask for what kind of physical examinations I'd rather to be done and due to my experience with her for my 1 year old , the "do you want antibiotic" question at the end , doesn't sound diagnostic and professional. I'm writing this review as a physician from another country who is not certified in Canada.

Almost impossible to get a walk-in appointment at this place. Have never got the same Dr. twice in a row but no complaints about any of them. Front desk staff are a bunch of c**ts though. Always rude and never helpful, English so bad that telephone communication is impossible. Welcome to Canadian healthcare! 🙄🤒

I am extremely fortunate enough to have Dr.Bak as my family physician and you will be beyond happy if you are lucky enough to see him as a walk-in-patient. He is kind, knowledgable, and very thorough. Thank you Dr. Bak for always making time for me and my family.

The MOAs there also deserve a kudos. Having worked in healthcare for 10 years I understand their situation and how busy they are, yet they always have a smile on their face and continue to treat me with respect and kindness. Thank you, Yunny, Kathy, and Kristina.

Whilst i have no complaints about my Doctor (Emily Sung) the front desk staff are rude, and have a real attitude! They keep you waiting without explanation, when you ask they are dissmissive and rude. When you call they pass you from person to person and frequently hang up on you. Reading the other reviews it seems this clinic should really do something about the awful service from the front desk staff. Perhaps they bank on the fact that there is a real shortage of family doctors so people have to go somewhere

Dr. Kim is the worst family doctor ever. It takes total 3 hours to go to The Well and come back to my home but I still have to wait for at least 20 more minutes when I get to the clinic. Then my family doctor doesn't even want to listen to me. He always leaves when I'm still talking. How rude!!! The whole conversation ends in 1 or 2 minutes. Most of the time his prescriptions don't help at all. Thank you so much for wasting my time.
