DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! This might just be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trying to book an oil change has proved impossible. I was put on hold twice for half an hour with no answer after the wait. I have tried to call and book on and off for a week and still no one picks up! They won't see a dime of my money ever again!

Worst customer service i have ever experienced! There's a woman named Jesse who works the customer service desk, who seems to be some higher up in a yellow vest, who doesn't have a clue what customer service even means. Price check at the till took more than 10 mins and no one ended up doing the check. I had to go take a photo of the shelf myself. And online in-store pick up is a joke, delivery information was wrong. Get it together Walmart - no wonder you are losing out to Amazon!

Don't ever order anything from them online! Can't track your package, they've eliminated their online customer service so it's just phone recordings and the poor employees in store don't have any information about what's going on to help you. You're left having to fill out an online customer service form, and they'll send you an auto-reply e-mail back and they've already had difficulty in that process.

Worst customer service, don't ship anything with them if you can avoid it. Go with Amazon or any other reliable store.

Worst Walmart I've been too. I wouldn't go there if I didn't live nearby. Never any baskets at the front of the store, the garbage cans outside the front are always overflowing. Stock is pathetic. If they run out of an item, they will take a similar, usually a higher priced item, a put it in the empty spot. This is all over the store, so it's not coincidence. No pride at this dump I'm afraid to say.

These assholes would trademark the happy face if they could. Then force it to work in a Chinese sweatshop and not allow it to unionize.

Well not these assholes in particular. I wouldn't single this store out in particularbut when you lie with hogs, don't be surprised when you get made into hotdogs.

So I called in to check if they had a product in stock, after bouncing different departments, they managed to patch me in a call another customer that wasn't in the same department. How. I could never recommend calling after that embarrassment of an experience. Truly an absolute joke.

I came home and read about the Google reviews on this store, and wonder how on earth do I contact "Head Office" to lodge a complaint! Was at the checkout when found out that the carton of milk I had was leaking. Asked cashier to page someone to exchange it. Manager *Shalta* talked to the cashier instead of me, and argued in a belligerent tone that it was not leaking and then scuffled off. I asked the cashier if that meant someone was going to grab another carton that didn't leak, and she said the manager said "there is nothing wrong with it. We don't have anyone available." She should have the courtesy of speaking to me rather than over me! I was busy packing. Employees in the store were nice helping me reach products on the top shelf even out of their stations. Manager Shalta is a disgrace.

The customer service desk staff at this location are just mean. Maybe not all of them but the ones I dealt with were just awful, to the customer service manager and even the store manger. I hate to complain about women working in these jobs, I feel like they have enough to put up with from the corporation and customers but that was an incredible experience worth noting. Just stay away from this store. The entire corporation is AWFUL. The cheap prices are just not worth it.

I'm getting so fed-up with this store now but there's nowhere closer I can go, I feel so stuck :( The cashier always charges me $$ for plastic bags without asking if I need one, and they keep convincing me to get their credit card. It's like I'm guilty if I don't get it. One time I told the cashier that no thank you i don't need it, and he kept asking why, shook his head and sighed with disappointment. Since I live close by, I come here 2 - 3 times a week so it's extremely frustrating and time consuming for me to deal with this EVERY time. The good news is that now they have self-checkout, so I'd be very happy to do it myself instead!!!

Why do I even shop here?
I swear it's a test to see how few employees they can get away with without pissing off the customer to the point of where they leave.

I've never once been here without at least a dozen people in the checkout lines but there's only one cashier working.

I only shop here if I absolutely have to shop here. I never voluntarily go.

They always had everything I needed. Just like most Walmart's, I find the staff a little less helpful than they should be. Doesn't bug me that much though because I wouldn't care for much if I were making minimum wage! There's a McDonald's located at the front just in case you wanted some fries to go with your shopping
