I am so extremely grateful for all the care and compassion given by Dr Shergill and his amazing staff. They have nursed both my dogs to be healthier and happier making me an incredible grateful pet owner. Thank you all! Max and Misty

We had a great experience. Very professional doctor who did a thorough examination. He was very calm and caring, and helped lower down our anxiety. Excellent and very friendly staff.

We recently moved to Vic West and were delighted to find such a wonderful, empathetic vet and friendly, efficient staff -- and within walking distance! We are very happy with the care our dogs have received so far.

We were very happy with the care our dog received from Dr. Shergill and his staff. Everyone was friendly and caring. The surgery facility in the hospital is very convenient. Vic West Pet Hospital offers a10% discount to seniors and military. I have recommended Vic West Pet Hospital to several pet owners.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very inexperienced doctor. I was hoping to get a prescription of Baytril for my mouse. She had her right front paw crushed under the fridge. I have lots of experience with mouse husbandry, and one of the best ways to treat this is with Baytril in drinking water. The vet just would not do it. He first said they didn't have the right dosage, then when I said the dosage is set by dissolving it in drinking water, he said he just wasn't comfortable handling "exotic" pets. Apparently anything other than a dog or cat is exotic. If you're going here for routine checkup, immunizations, etc. I'm sure it's fine, but if you have a real issue with your animal you might be better off going somewhere with a more experienced doctor.

I brought my little dog in for a "Meet & Greet" with Dr. Shergill and I was very impressed with the clinic!
The staff were very friendly and pleasant, the rooms were clean and bright and Dr. Shergill was very kind towards Jake (My Dog) and took the time to get to know Jake's history.
Thank you for such a positive 1st visit!

Really feel like we just got taken for a ride. Our small dog had a pretty bad limp and was in a decent amount of pain and we couldn't identify why. So brought him here based on reviews. $575 dollars later we find he has a cut on his foot. I get being thorough, but this is down right ridiculous! They also tried to sell us $20 fancy iodine, that you can get at shoppers for 6 bucks. I want the best care for my animal but it's places like this that take advantage of peoples love for their animals. Beware unless you have deep pocket. Will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

I own two formerly feral cats who hate being picked up and who will open a vein if they feel threatened. Today I took our elder cat, Grania, in for an upper respiratory infection and was so impressed with Dr. Shergill's calm demeanour and gentle touch with my fierce cat. He's a total pro and provided fantastic care at a really reasonable price. Would recommend him to anybody owned by a pet.

    This place is simply amazing.
I woke up the other day to one of the heart wrenching events I've had to deal with in regards to my fur baby. My poor kitty was suffering from seizures. I've never experienced that ever before, and I was terrified for my little buddy. I called and spoke with Whitney, who was extremely pleasant to deal with, she said to bring him in right away and the doctor would see us as soon as he got it. Which he did. Dr. Shergill was compassionate and understanding and walked me through treatment options. The part that blew me away completely was the follow up. There have been 3 calls from them now. Wanting to see how my little guy is doing and how he is responding to the meds. I'm happy to report there have been no recurrences as of yet. A huge load off my mind! This is going to be my vet forever and always moving forward! Top notch! If you're in the area and in need of a vet, this should be your place!

Thanks again Vic West Pet Hospital! You've made my week!
