The individuals at Vegreville Ford are absolutely amazing to deal with. The customer service is fantastic and they have perfected the zero pressure environment where it is fun and enjoyable to shop for a vehicle. Murray and Eddie are professional, polite, and have made this experience a memorable one. If you are looking for a vehicle at a great price from individuals that are knowledgeable and go above and beyond for the customer, then this is the place to go. New vehicle purchase, all was very good, I am not impressed with the lane departure alert , it does not vibrate enough to hardly feel it, the assist portion works fine , but for alert only, you would be in a crash before you could feel the alert, it needs work, had in to check, said it worked as per what it was supposed to do. Ford needs to work on this and make it very evident that in alert mode you are going out of lane, I have driven the GMC with the same feature and it would wake you up if nodding off once you start to cross the line, some catch up for FORD TO DO.

This is our fourth vehicle from Vegreville Ford and we are never disappointed with our service from Murray, Eddie, Tori and all of the staff. Our 2017 truck is nothing short of fantastic and we look forward to many years of driving it up and down the road. We are very happy with what Vegreville Ford has done for our family.

I have been dealing with Vegreville since 1996!!! My family I live in Sherwood park, which two of my daughters are now adults. We just purschased three brand new vehicles and my other daughter is working on getting one too. My parents also buy all their vehicles from veg ford, and we have sent many other family friends their way. I can't not say enough of the hard work, attention to detail ,support, and actual care they put forward with their clients. Thanks Eddy, Mel and staff.

I am very happy with the service I receive From Ford Service. They
will shuttle me to where I want to go while I have my car serviced
or they will give me a loaner car if my car is kept over night. I have not
had any problems with my new car and I don't have to worry about always
having to pay to have something fixed as was the case with owning used
cars. When I wanted to trade last years model in for the newer model, all it
took was just a phone call to the general manager and two days later
I just had to drive to Ford and pick up the new car and drop off the old one, they even changed the plates over for me, So now with owning a new car, all I do is drive them and Ford looks after the rest including road side

We have not put to many kilometers on her, we going to go out to battleford for run on Tuesday looking forward for the trip. Would like to thank you for the easy going and friendly experience. Sure we will enjoy the truck, we will drop in for coffee and a chat next time we are out that way.
