After I made a trade in on a newer vehicle, I was still having to make payments on my trade in because the finance department did not take care of the financing properly. I then had an issue with my new vehicle and was ignored and not responded to for an entire week. They seemed great to deal with at first But once the deal was done they have no time for you. I was then contacted by Bill, the sales manager. He told me he would sort out all the issues and reimburse me for the repairs I had done to the vehicle. It's been almost two months and I had to contact them again in regards to reimbursement. They had forgotten. Brutal.

JP at Peace River Chrysler is the best.
Even though Saturdays are one of their busiest, while I was making up my mind and then waiting for the paper to be done, JP would check in to make sure I was all good =).
Made me feel like I mattered. Bill and Brandy, were also very clear in answering and explaining their reply to my questions.
Had an awesome day and can't wait till it's time for an oil change! Thank you, for a great day!

In 2016 I was royally ripped off by a shady dealer in GP, I ended up with a car I didn't want after being made to feel like I had no other options. Well a year later I am now driving a 2017 Jeep Patriot, and so far I love it! Big shout of to Sam (the lovely Australian) and Kim in finance for making it happen. My common law and I now have 2 vehicles from Go Auto and it was nothing short of a very pleasant and easy going experience. Thanks guys!

The sales experience I had when I bought my Laramie Long horn was top self. Meagon is true asset to the Go Auto organization works hard for the customer and delivers a sold presentation. Kim in finance is a rock star doing a fantastic job and Adam and Bill have such a great company culture going on at Peace River Chrysler. From when you walk in the building to the point of when you leave with your new ride, it's all a very positive experience. Thank you Peace River Chrysler, well done.

The vehicle wasn't done being detailed when they originally mentioned, but JP hooked me up with a loaner and even accommodated me after they were closed, since I work the same business hours. Had excellent rapport with several different personnel including the receptionist. I had a very tight budget and the boss took care of fitting in everything within my budget. They allowed me the truck over the weekend as the registries and insurance agencies were closed. Took it back today and they washed and fueled it up. JP was way beyond accommodating and ensured that I was well looked after. He answered all of my enquiries and took the time to go over all the bells and whistles in the truck. Thank you for being so accommodating and I will absolutely highly recommend JP for future sales as well as the business which takes time for each individual and are not at all pushy.

I honestly wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. After being given the run around and lied to by another dealership for 5 days , I called Peace River Chrysler. The general manager was beyond helpful when I explained what I had been going through and put me in touch with Danika (a sales person). Danika was beyond wonderful. She gave outstanding customer service, made me feel that my buisness was important, and had very good contact, answering any question I had. Within 24 hours my loan was approved and within another day my vehicle was on its way with their free delivery service. All of this was completed over the phone. I can not say enough wonderful things about the general manager, Danika , Brandy in finance, and the receptionist.

It was an awesome experience for me and my family in purchasing our brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee North. The sales person Mr. JP Velasco was so awesome. He makes our purchase much easier. It was an awesome customer service. From the start til the delivery of the vehicle.
