  Never will I visit this dealership again or buy another Dodge if this dealership is how the company represents itself. I purchased a used lifted truck with low kms for retail value. Drove the vehicle off the lot and noticed it didn't handle well. Upon further inspection the front lift kit was missing a bolt and other parts were installed incorrectly. This started my month long journey of taking the truck back 6 times to have work done. Near the end of the month while returning the truck for more repairs the check engine light came on and I had had enough. I wanted to return the vehicle under the lemon law and get my money back. This is where things got ugly and I found out just what customer service means today. The Manager Robin told me he would not give me my money back and the only 2 ways to get out of this unreliable vehicle were to take 10 thousand less for the truck and buy a new one from him or see him in court. I won't lie, things got pretty heated and i was considering court but as I didn't have a running vehicle and could not afford to buy a second truck I looked into the new ones even though I didn't want to purchase a new one due to the outrageous prices of them lately. After extensive arguing I did receive my money back and purchased a new truck from them but I feel cheated and forced into it. While they were installing my accessories from the old truck to the new one I caught the mechanics using my tool kit for the install and they damaged the hard lid. The dealership offered to replace the broken part but I doubted they would install it correctly so I opted to do it myself. They ordered the wrong part after taking six weeks to get it in, so I returned it and vowed to never step foot in this horrible place again. I do like my new truck but will never return to that dealership. If this will at least save one person from the hell and poor customer service I received then my job is done. As far as I'm concerned this dealership should have it's license pulled pending further investigation because after asking around this seems to be a regular occurrence there.
