Such a wonderful experience!! My exhaust had fallen off around the corner and they were so wonderful to take their time and help me even though they were busy. Vance's was fabulous said they would take a look and make sure everything was okay, safe and what the next step would be. Very highly recommend!

if there were 10 stars, it would be 10 out of 10. I have been with Vance Automotive for 20 good years.The first time we met my car was accelarating on its own. Michael popped the hood, found the issue was the vaccum and said: "That will be 20 bucks " . "What! " I exclaimed. "Is that too much?" he responded. "No, no you could have charged me a few hundred!" I exclaimed.
"That''s not the way I work."
I have no regrets. When i drove very old cars, I purchased CAA and another similar card to provide me wtih over 400 km of roadside assistance to tow me back to Vances. Why? Like a good firend, he and his sons are peoploe you can always trust to take care of you and your car.
