Knowledgeable and friendly staff that care about their customers and the bikes they ride! If you order parts through them they will pay the shipping to send them to your door. Much better prices than the big shops

Horrible customer service. I ordered a replacement slave cylinder for my husqvarna. After placing the order I received zero confirmation. So I emailed the following day and was told it had been processed and would be shipped right away. 2 weeks later I had not received anything. So I phoned and was told they did not have the part in stock. I was told they would have it the next Monday and would ship it overnight for me. On the following Tuesday I phoned again after no tracking information was received. I was told that they had still not received the part and it was beyond their control. Yet you can still log onto the website and order the part they don't have in stock or have any idea when they will be receiving it. They will gladly take your money and you will here nothing from them without following up yourslef. If you want to order something and not actually receive anything go ahead and order, they obviousky will sell you parts they don't have or know how long it will take to get.

If your looking for Healtech in canada tgis is your place. I ordered a speedo healer was at my door in 36hrs with free shipping. Great price too $170 Canadian taxes in and shipped, Amazon had them for $160us with shipping + duty.

Tony and the crew are amazing, knowledgeable, and prompt. been shopping here since I started riding and I have yet to find a place that offers better value for money and the customer service.

I emailed and tried to confirm the parts I was ordering would be compatible with my motorcycle. Tony simply replied "yes they all are the same". I ordered the parts. When they arrived over a month later, the parts were not correct. I had to send most of my order back. A month later, I received more correct parts, but now some were missing. Tony insisted they were not sent back, so that's why the missing parts were not included. So after four months, I still did not have the parts that I ordered and Tony finally sent replacements for the missing parts, but they were of low quality and did not match the rest of the kit that they were for. Decided to cut my losses and stop doing business with BS. And this is after spending hundreds if not over a thousand dollars with them over the last year. There are plenty of other business that will treat you better like Canada's Motorcycle, GP Bikes and Motostarz. All online retailers, and GPB has a large show room as well.
How is BS still in business with Tony running it?!?response / report this review
