  On tuesday, we had 2 new tires put on our car. The lady said it would be a 15 minute wait before they could start, when in fact it was a 55 minute wait. Also, the worker seemed to take some breaks after beginning. It took 1 hr and 55 minutes to install 2 new tires. No one apologized for the wait. Also, upon leaving, the worker lost the key and no one even said sorry. It is a cold cold place.

  Great place to take your car to.
  My rim and tyre got damaged when I skidded off the road and hit the curb in snow yesterday. I drove to Tirecraft and met Ryan over there. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and ordered new rim and tyre at reasonable rates. Went back today to get them on my car. Just in and out – very fast service.
  Don’t go to junkyard looking for used rims

  These guys helped me in a pinch. I'm from out of town and walked in there asking for an alignment and balancing and they said they could only do the balancing but didn't skip a beat putting my car up and taking a look. They immediately said that the issue is probably more than just balancing and they didn't have the facilities to work on it. They recommended me to a close mechanic and refused my offer of money. Great guys and great service. Made my day.
