The Muffler Man in Stratford is Awesome. Andy is Amazing and his crew is Top notch. I will Always bring my vehicle to them all the time from now on. They saved me time and money, and pointed out a few things on my truck that really needed to be fixed. Hat's off to the entire staff at Stratford Muffler Man. You have a customer for lifebecause of them.

I never had to visit this place before but few days back I had a flat tire early in morning and was about to get late from my job and I ask the guy upfront if they can do this first as I have to go to my job. They guys were amazing fixed the flat tire within about 10 min. I appreciate the help. You guys are AWESOME!!! I recommend this place to everyone fast service, best customer service. They are price efficient as well.

I've had service work performed here on a number of different occasions to have a variety of work done. I was in a bind back in early 2015 where I needed to have my front sub frame replaced as it was no longer safe to drive with the original sub frame. I couldn't go without having a car, but I couldn't afford to pay the full bill then and there. So luckily for me the manager Josh and I were able to work out a payment agreement and so he set me up with an account there. The only thing that was done there that I wasn't too happy with was when I had my brake lines done. I found out that when they replace brake lines instead of taking and removing the old lines they just leave them and put the new lines next to the old one's. They tell you that it's going to cost you more for them to pull down the old ones entirely. I feel that if you're doing a complete break job as they did for me that all the old break lines should be removed before installing the new ones. What will end up happening in my case is that the old rusty lines will seep into the new lines causing them to wear out prematurely. Also I noticed they like to use an excessive amount of connectors to basically patch your break lines together. They are very flexible with me getting me in and out with whatever problem I might have so I appreciate that. So if they happen to read this I hope they can change their policy on replacing break lines and start to remove the old lines before installing the new ones without gouging the customer. I have noticed recently that they like to charge you twice for the same job performed. Recently I had them install an evap sensor that needed replacing, because the old one was causing my check engine light to come on. So while working on my vehicle they found that the return fuel line was leaking and needed to be repaired. Meanwhile when I was in having the brake job done I had requested that they replace the full brake lines going from the front to the rear as well as replace both fuel lines. And so as mentioned I find out that they had only replaced part of the fuel lines for both the send and return lines. So they once again just patched the line and also never fixed the issue with the evap sensor, because my check engine light is still on. I'm not impressed with the way they operate and I fear that it could be damaging on the business if they continue to operate in such a manner. Also when I'm there in the waiting room I talk with fellow vehicle owners to see what brought them into the shop on that particular day. I have noticed that a majority are there to have their vehicles look at again, because of an issue that happened with recent repairs to their vehicle from this location. So hopefully head office is reading these reviews and doing follow ups with this particular location.
