  Top notch service professionals. When hooking up the trailer they noticed my wiring wasn't correct. They fixed it without charge. The online reservation is easy and gets you in and out fast.

  Terrible service. Storage units have rodents, very difficult accessing your unit, they have to move their truck rentals around in order to get your vehicle in.

  Incompetent employee's, Not able to follow customer instructions or request's. Some employee had scent of marijuana. Poor management.

  Everything worked out fine. But i came in for my truck i rented 3 weeks in advance and found it had been moved to the dougall location. I did end up getting my truck just with minor problems. I had to drive across town to get it.

  Great service helpful staff. Even just for propane. Love that you pay by the litre and not flat rate charge like EVERYWHERE else. Great for topping up.

  Literally some of Windsor's worst customer service. Rude and unhelpful, and supremely slow service. Understand that for.most people, moving day is a frustrating and difficult time that is full of unexpected problems. As a company that is supposed to make life easier for everyone, this location makes things even more difficult and frustrating, and that's unacceptable. Employees here need to remember that they're there to help and not hinder their customers during some of the most trying days they'll experience.

  I reserved a truck and did all they payments online the guy instore was conviced that didnt happen basically wasted my time just find out he was wrong

  Very good service. Haven't ran across a problem the didn't help solve. U-haul is the problem. these guys help solve them.
