RAMADA SWARMING WITH BED BUGS BE AWARE!!!!!
(Ramada turning into travel lodge next week)

This is the first review I’ve ever posted about anything. THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING !! I stayed here for business and woke up with multiple bites, took such a severe reaction that I had to go to urgent care the next day. We informed hotel staff about the incident and they were in total denial saying “they have never had problems with bugs before” the whole hotel is under Reno’s and they are ripping up carpet on stairs, when I walked up to the second floor there was furniture all pulled out of many rooms spread out in the hallway hmmm “CHECKING FOR BED BUGS RAMADA”?? Save yourself from the nightmare I experienced stay elsewhere !!!!

The only thing that was good was the location. Service was terrible, the rooms were not cleaned and there was food left in the room from previous clients. There were many difiemcies in the room.

The rooms were outdated, service was okay not the friendliest. Continental breakfast was terrible. Old apples gross machine made pancakes and warm yogurt.

The pool is cold Noone using it. Been here 2 days and it is hot outside.
Beds good continental breakfast sucks. Cereal toast no butter pancakes orange juice and coffee. No fruit. Just a couple of different pastries. Quiet good place to go for sleeping only.

It's fine. Little on the pricey side for what you get. Needed a room for three. A cot barely fits in with the two bed. Also I had to go ask for bedding for the cot. Wifi was good.

My husband and I stayed here when we chose a hotel through hotwire. The hotel was pretty simple. We stayed on the first floor. The rooms standard and served their purpose for our night of sleep. The free breakfast advertised is basically just toast, muffins and coffee (which they didn't even have travel mugs for so you can't really take it to go unless you're feeling risky).
We got the room at a discount and I still don't think it was totally worth what we paid, but it was cheaper than other Windsor hotels.

We got the room on Hotwire, so the overall price was modest - $95 for a queen room. Pretty average in almost every respect, but that's not a bad thing.

Had a peaceful night's sleep, and the receptionist was very helpful and polite.

Also - solid shower in the room. That's a big one for me!

Edit: The most sparse breakfast of all time you won't be munching on much more than a piece of toast here

My reservation was screwed up. They end up using my credit card to pay for another guest. The hotel itself was dirty. My shower handle had mold growing on. The curtains were stained with paint. The carpets were so old and dirty, I did not take my shoes off in the room. The bedding was also dirty and I end up sleeping wearing hat. I had people two doors down who played music very loud till almost 4 am. It was a really bad experience.
