  Mortgage Intelligence and Rasha in particular provide a very professional service. They remove the headache and stress of searching for the best available options with their knowledge and overall care for their customers.
  
  On several occasions Rasha went above and beyond by offering her personal contact and assisted us in securing our new home. She worked around our schedule with our new family, shift work and the purchase and sale of our new home by making herself available at all hours of the day.
  
  I would highly recommend Mortgage Intelligence and do plan on returning for future business.

  A very refreshing & professional experience! We reached out to Rasha Ingratta when preparing to renew our mortgage. She responded promptly to us with a quick email and a very positive pleasant phone call the next morning. Although we did not do business, she was very helpful and thoroughly answered our questions and explained that our current lender was offering an unbeatable rate. She did not "bad mouth" or critize her competitor and was very professional & reassuring. This is the type of person you want to do business with - knowledgeable, pleasant, non-pressure, honest and ethical - a great refreshing experience and certainly someone to speak with if you are looking for a mortgage in Windsor, Ontario.

  After being out of the "mortgage market" for quite some time, Rasha fully explained all of our options. She was patient, regardless of how many times we asked or changed our minds. She was honest and trustworthy as well. When our daughter is ready for her first mortgage, I will be heartily recommending Rasha.

  I implore you to read my review if you are shopping brokers and not sure where to go. We worked with Rasha to secure financing on our first home during the pandemic and probably had every imaginable edge case you wouldn't want to consider from a lender perspective. To name a few, I'm American (without Canadian status yet) and my husband is Canadian. We won our dream home and then had a nightmare of an experience with another mortgage broker. My husband had also just started a contract job based in the US during the pandemic, which has a freeze on job visas. Without 2 years of history as a contractor, you might as well be unemployed for a mortgage or have a hefty savings. There was no scenario we saw where we weren't putting down a minimum of 20%-35% which we were not prepared to do based on our false confidence from our previous mortgage broker.
  
  We called Rasha to get another opinion (I was soothed by all of the other kind reviews I saw) and we were met with someone who took the time to listen to our unique situation and offer advice. She was friendly, smart and clear in her intentions which made her easy to trust. We immediately hired her and within 3 days we had a mortgage hand off that was better than we ever expected. Truly. She's great at her job and it's clear that other lenders and partners see that in her and trust in her as well.
  
  All we needed was for someone to hear the story and tell it with context to our submissions. She did that and it meant the world to us. Thank you for seeing us as humans and treating our case with compassion Rasha.
  
  We're excited to work with Rasha again in the future!

  We chose Rasha to assist us with our first mortgage. We had an amazing experience. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Rasha took the time to answer all of them and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process. She made the whole process very simple, easy and stress free. She is genuinely a nice person who loves what she does. It is nice to work with someone with fantastic customer service. I would recommend Rasha to anyone.
