The hotel has a Home Depot, and Tim Hortons directly across the street. A buffet, a Subway, and an authentic Mexican restaurant west of the hotel in the same parking lot. With a bar and grill less than a block up to the East. If your in Saskatoon on a budget this is a great place to stay

The location is great, access is easy (right at the lights), convenient shopping, quick personal registry, friendly staff, and very clean.

Jacuzzi suite is nice. Have returned and will again.
A good value. Good comfort.
There are some shortcomings that could be rectified with little cost and effort.
Rooms are fairly well taken care of.
I really like the late checkout option here; is much better than other hotels.

I got in late aftravelling 300 km to get there and had an all day job to start at 8AM so I really appreciated the friendly staff and a quiet room. A comfortable bed and nice TV with cable added to my stay. Rates are reasonable as well.
