I feel very comfortable to stay in this hotel whenever I am in saskatoon. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Although the hotel location is bit far away from downtown everything else is fine including choice of different restaurants nearby.

Rooms are clean and serviceable. Decent food choices nearby. Location is relatively quiet, close to a major road, but far from most points of interest.

This hotel is in a good location for shopping and visiting other party of Saskatoon. It is clean and well maintained. The only downside is the view from the window on both sides is essentially parking lot and stores.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and left an iPad and jewelry in the room safe. Upon realizing it after we arrived home, we called the hotel and went back there a few days later to retrieve all the items intact. Managers at this hotel truly seem to care about guests’ satisfaction.
We greatly appreciate the staff’s honesty and genuine kindness.

Great service. Front desk attendant was very helpful correcting a reservation screw up. Nice, clean rooms. In house restaurant is lovely and quick.

Excellent hotel! Room was great! Beds are super comfortable. Having a restaurant in the hotel works really well especially the morning.
The hotel is within walking distance of all kinds of shopping.

We went to visit the restaurant on Easter Sunday. They let us book a reservation for 8 even though we weren't staying at the hotel. The server was really nice and provided colouring pages for our kids that were picked out by them. Mater for my son and Disney Princesses for my daughter. The food was fantastic and the whole lunch was extremely enjoyable. I would go there again and would recommend it to anyone.

I would have liked a tub in my room instead of just a shower, and more rooms available with whirpools. I also would have liked for the pool area to be open 24/7. The customer service was awesome and the rooms were spacious and clean.

We had our guests stay at Four Points for our wedding and it was an absolute DISASTER. We booked a year and a half before our wedding and had trouble right up until 3am on our wedding night!
Our guests were double booked, including the groom, they would not book the amount of rooms that we asked for because they believed that many guests would not show. Long story short there was TOO MANY issues to name and I don't want anyone to go through what we did!
If you want to have a nice, relaxing, stay for your guests do NOT stay here!

Very nice hotel. Clean and neat. We booked our room lady minute and we're able to accommodate. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was one of the best we had. We were able to fit some pool time in and our children enjoyed the waterslide. We were a little late checking out because we were gathering up our kids but they were very understanding. Would stay again.

Hotel is very nice and modern looking, and the rooms were very clean. However, our group booked 3 rooms, with early check in requested and approved.

When one of my colleagues arrived for early check in, he was advised they weren't able to give us early check in, because their system had no record of it. He showed them the confirmation of booking for both the rooms and a separate booking of the early check in, which showed it was approved (as we did this by telephone and received confirmation of the approval) however they said there was nothing they could do.

The staff was nice, and I understand their hands made have been tied to doing anything, however it was a bit frustrating as we were visiting Saskatoon for a work event, and early check in was pretty necessary for us.
