The salesperson was very knowledgeable about windows and doors. When it came to installation the installer was professional, courteous, and did it in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered 7 windows and a sliding patio door. The salesperson recommended to choose the triple glass package and we are very happy we did that as we see great difference in noise reduction. Windows look great and our house is now more energy efficient!

We are SO happy with our new bathroom window. The service we received from the consultation to the installation was OUTSTANDING. The gentleman who came to our house and gave us our quote was a professional, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything to us, right down to the reason he recommended the direction our window should open. We went with his recommendations, and window was exactly what we were promised. The price was excellent considering the quality of product!! We couldn’t be happier! The window was also ready sooner than promised. Our installers were super friendly, and did a great job inside and out, everything was left clean. My husband and I were laughing at how excited we were about getting a new window, but let me tell you, the widow has completely changed the look and feel of our bathroom. The finish trim of the window makes the room look so modern and updated. We love that it opens, and with the locking sides, it has made the bathroom much more sound proof. We will definitely be using this company to do more projects in our house. I highly, highly recommend these guys!! PS- my dogs really liked them too 😊

Top Quality Product and Service. I had all my windows 14 and 2 entrance doors and 1 sliding Patio Door replaced in 2010 and never had an issue since. No leaking Units or Hardware Issues. I can say after 9 years with no problems I am a Very Satisfied Customer. It is Beautiful Product and Installation was on point.

The work was done quickly and professionally and the door is beautiful. We had some special requests and they were able to help us out. We will use them again and highly recommend them!!

Excellent service and great prices! The Total Home salesperson earned our business over other companies because of his honest and friendly approach; he was not over bearing but was very genuine, friendly and knowledgeable. The two installers, Alex and Dimitry, we're the nicest guys ever! They made quick work of the window install and even made a little repair on our sliding door (just the best guys!). Next time we need to replace windows, or recommend a company to someone else, we know exactly where we are going! Thanks again for the great service.
