They replaced 2 windows for us over a year ago and they did a great job with the installation. Their pricing is very reasonable. I had another window company quote replacement windows recently and they were almost double the cost! We will definitely be calling Total Home Windows and Doors when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows!

I had great experience for my window installation. The staffs were great from sale manager, Daniel, installer, Dimitry and his colleagues. They did install my window on time as they promised, good price for good quality. They did clean job and left no mess.

Got all of our windows replaced with TH. We dealt with Eddy. He was awesome! He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best service. Installation was very professionally done. It was a super cold day and the administrator at the office told us that they do one floor at a time which is not true. They take all windows out in one shot which had all of us freezing at home but it was not a big deal at all for one day. Would definitely use and recommend them again!

Great customer service and fast delivery. I didn’t have to deal with a rude representative or experience a less prioritized treatment. I ordered several doors and windows last year and they made a great impression on me. They delivered the orders within a few days! I was able to complete the whole project quickly because of their help. Thumbs up!

After using Total Home Windows and Doors previously in 2013 there was no hesitation to call for quote of basement windows. The quality that we expected based on our previous installation did not disappoint. Vitally quoted the exact cost. At this time Vitally included a very informative presentation how the factory would engineer the windows with an approximate installation date. Whether calling Vitally or head office in Vaughan all spoken with were courteous and factual. The installation crew arrived punctually and performed professional installation and while on the job site were extremely courteous while on site. In closing we are very happy with the whole process and the windows are excellent.
