I was very impressed with Gavin who came out to do the quote and also did the work. He was personable, professional and answered my questions about the process of removing the wrapping our our heating pipes and tiles. The cost was of abatement was reasonable and was done promptly. Had a home sale going well until some asbestos and black mold was discovered in attic and around duct work. Called for some quotes from a few companies. To be honest, Real (owner) was the only guy who replied the same day. I had a very tight window to get the problem fixed to make a 60 day closing. He answered all my many questions and assured me his crew could get it done in time. The quote was done and samples where shipped off for confirmation to make sure asbestos and black mold were actually present with-in a week. The remediation was done shortly after. Real does everything by the book. Proper venting, air sealing and his guys used all PPE. Real did air quality checks after work was done and everything was perfect. I received the certifications for the work and the went sale forward. Great job! I recommend this company with out hesitation. Real stands behind his quotes and his work.
