Place has changed so much since it was sold. Quality hasn’t changed much but portion size is much smaller than used to be. Prices however have gone up quite a bit. Lots of renovations done that haven’t made the place anymore enjoyable. They don’t do take out orders anymore. Around a month ago I had gotten a take out order & they didn’t even have an updated menu online to order from at the time. Also portions were noticeably small.

My boyfriend and I are from Campbell River and always make sure to come to Toscanos whenever we're in Comox. Our server was lovely and knowledgable and the food is ALWAYS out of this world. A 10/10 experience this time and every other time we've came. Italian food at its finest with fresh and local ingredients, and not to mention homemade pasta. Love love love.

Took my family here on the weekend and had a perfect evening - food and service was excellent - I had the Chorizo Penne which was spicy and juicy - kids had seafood pasta and chicken fettuccine and said it was the best - service was fast and friendly - we look forward to going back next time we're in Comox

Our food was correct, but very oily. Wine was served at room temperature, 23 degrees celsius, too hot. Considering this, prices were too high for the quality of food and service provided, hence why I don t recommend this place.

I love coming here to eat with my wife. We have never been disappointed. Excellent fresh pasta and extremely friendly staff.

Fabulous! We went for dinner with out two teenagers. The kids ordered the Bolognese Spaghetti, my husband got the penne with italian sausage and peppers. I ordered the seafood Alfredo. We all scarfed down our dishes. I had so much seafood, I could barely eat half. Those complaining about portion sizes, need a reality check ( maybe the portions are smaller at lunch?) The pasta is made from scratch, wines are reasonably priced and the service is excellent! Highly recommend.

This may have been the best pasta I've ever had. The quaint atmosphere and wonderful service, plus a great wine list make this place even better.

Thank you trip advisor. Went there tonight based on your reviewers and it was as advertised. . Its a small place (so may need reservations) with average ambiance at night (probably better in the day as will have a harbour view) but the service was above average and the food was excellent. We went on a "Wine Wednesday". . 4 wines were highlighted and offers at 11 bucks for 1/2 liter. We had the offered red and it was excellent. Everyone had a different pasta option with 2 thumbs up across the board. The cheese appetizer plate was also better and bigger then expected. Overall. . Happy tummies. Can't go wrong for pasta.

Very nice little locally owned Italian restaurant with great food and excellent service at reasonable prices. Great views of the harbour both inside and on the deck. Lot's of parking close by. Don't miss Pasta Mondays. Some portions are large - but then you'll have a take out meal for later :-)
