Clean and fresh rooms, friendly staff and a modern feel. The TownePlace is where I’d recommend anyone from out of town to stay! We hosted our board for the first time at the TownePlace in early November and they were all very happy with the service and rooms!!

Had a fantastic night at towneplace suites. Staff were friendly and got us checked in and out quickly and painlessly. Large room with a fully stocked kitchenette, full sized fridge and a clean overall experience. Didn’t get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast but there is 24hr complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby which is a nice bonus.
One critique is the fee specified in the pet policy is a little steep at $100. Caused us to leave our dog with a friend for the night in order to avoid the extra charge.
Overall great experience. Would recommend if you have to stay in London!response / report this review -

Got a lot from the price. Good deal & would go again. Has a basic gym which was nice. Breakfast only starts @ 7 on the weekend tho, but that might be a common thing not sure

Stayed at this hotel on 25/07/2017, booked it through Visa Rewards. Had requested easy access room & also pet friendly. Upon arriving with our dog we were told there would be a $100 Pet Surcharge (+HST) for our $140 room. as we were 3-1/2 hrs from home & had an appointment in London the next morning we had no choice but to accept this. The room was at the opposite end of the hotel that the entrance, so much for the easy access. the room was located behind the elevator & Ice machine in the corridor, all night long about every 2 minutes the hydraulic pump for the elevator fired up for about 5 minutes, this was located behind the wall the beds were against ruining any chance of a good nights sleep. We will defiantly not be staying here again.

The location is perfect: quiet but close to everything, highways, gas stations, restaurants and shopping.
The room is spacious and updated with kitchenette.
The breakfast has limited variety, but good enough.
The staff looks nice.
The gym is new, lots of equipment.

The room was spacious, queen bed, kitchenette with full sized fridge. There was a large fresh to get some work done on and the couch which had a small slide in table for a laptop or some food. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast did not have as large a selection as some other places but it was still a large selection and tasted good. They offered waffles, fried eggs, sausage rounds, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, apples, oranges, coffee and tea. Interestingly they also had a couple reserved spots for Tesla cars. Its close to some other restaurants and driving to the downtown didn't take that long. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would choose it again.

The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. My husband has diabetes and needed orange juice during the night. The person working the desk made sure I was able to get juice and was very helpful. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay her again and recommend this hotel to friends.

This place is a very good place to stay. Would stay here again, the staff is fantastic and the breakfast was really good. They great you with a smile and the lady who does the breakfast was very nice each morning. This hotel was very accommodating. We come to London every 6 months for a treatment and the hotel has a hospital rate which really helps when you want to rest after. Thanks to the staff

Parents enjoyed the stay, it was clean and staff were friendly. Rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. The only downfall for them was the quality of breakfast.

Room was amazing, service was approachable and friendly. Breakfast options are good too!
The entrance to their location catches you off guard if you're turning from Wellington onto Exeter, it's a quick left soon after you turn. They have a tall sign but nothing by the road.
There's also a very tasty shawarma place right by the entrance ramp that I highly recommend!response / report this review -

The entrance to the hotel needs to be better marked. There is a big sign that is really high but the entrance, when we found it, looks like you're going into a restaurant. The rooms were lovely and clean. The breakfast was not the best. The staff was very friendly upon arrival.
