I am a meticulous contractor, with scheduling a very key component to my clients. Timberland provided an impeccable product and ahead of the estimated delivery schedule. I continue to sole source Timberland as my Cedar Wood supplier. I have recommended Timberland to several of my associates, who in turn have had very positive results.

We finished just in time for the end of the summer! We loved the quality of lumber that Timberland provided us and appreciate all of the advice and help you and your team provided. We used up a lot of those fence boards in the design of the railing, deck shirt and the step.

I called Timberland and they came to give us a complimentary quote. Sunny was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He explained how labour works and how long the job is, what materials they are using and how long labour would be, then emailed me a quote.
Kim called us and confirmed about our delivery. and it came right away
The day for the scheduled instalation, the installers were very fast. They cleaned up fast and nothing was left behind. They even took some of our leftover work that we have started on, but did not work out.
I was so happy I did not need to lift a finger to do this amazing job on my fence. Thank you Timberland! I highly recommend them to install fences!response / report this review -

Bought some Fence Panels and the delivery came after 2 days! It was faster than i ever thought! The delivery driver was very helpful and polite. Great service from the start!

Had a great service with Timberland. Good Variety of selections and had the lowest prices. The quality was decent than others I have seen. They had my delivery out the next day and had it installed and the guys were friendly.

If there was a negative rating I would give this place a negative -5absolute junk company. Ordered a Shed Kit from them, was expecting quality lumber, but they sent me #3 reject cedar wood, what a waste of money. Ended buying better wood from home depot, don't shop with this company, they crooks. The also didn't cut most of the wood properly, tried to make the joists for the roof with their wood but it wasn't cut properly. Also didn't send me any wood for the caps.Garbage, should have knownbettersave your hard earned money and don't buy from this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. (Use red cedar instead)
The owner Sunny gave me a quote for a nice fence Panel for a decent price. They rushed to build the fence. Staples sticking out everywhere and looks unfinished. Then he called the city bylaw and told them my fence was too high, so he would not have to fix my top lattice.response / report this review -

Very poor customer service. Missing parts in my order and the quality of lumber is subpar (lots of holes dings and broken pieces). The lady who answers their phone is argumentative and promises to look into the matter but never returns your call. Prices might be slightly cheaper on some items but not worth the savings. Very frustrating to deal with. I'll take future business elsewhere for sure!

I will never purchase our fence products here again. Disorganized, untimely, and blatantly lied to me about my order. We were supposed to have our delivery on saturday, no one called to let me know our order didn't make it on the truck. They then told me we could have the panels delivered Monday morning.. Monday morning I call in and I was told my order had already left the yard. Two hours later, I get a call that my order is leaving right now, will be here shortly. We don't have time during the week to install the fence, like we planned for the weeekend. Asked to do a return instead as we have no where to keep the panels until we can do the fence project now. Was refused a return by two company employee's. Still sitting here waiting for my delivery! Do NOT use this company. They are unreliable, and have no customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed, and will not buy from these guys again.. Especially after a $100 delivery charge, and they can't even deliver on time! Excuse was "rain" on the weekend. Just ridiculous.

Best Rates in town! I had the best experience at Timberland. The owners were very kind and helpful. I ordered some of the products and was delivered to me in no time! I will definitely come back for their business again!
