WARNING TO PARENTS - AVOID DR. LORI SANTOS
It pains me to have to write a bad review because my entire family love Dr. Grant (In this office) but this is a warning that if you are looking for dentist for your child DO NOT BOOK WITH DR. LORI SANTOS in this clinic.
It was a mistake for me to not have waited to see Dr. Grant. My son had an emergency and we needed to be seen right away so I thought nothing of it. Our experience with Dr. Grant has been nothing but amazing so I assumed every dentist in this office were just as great. WRONG!
My son gums were irritated as the spacer that was put on was digging on his gum. The dental assistant explained to me that they were going to use "Happier" (some kind of laughing gas) to help with the pain when Dr. Santos was going to do her procedure. When Dr. Lori Santos was checking on the wire, I saw tears in my sons eyes and he spoke and ask Dr. Lori Santos to please be slow and I will never forget her reply to him "I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOB" and she continued with her business. Everything happened so fast that I realized that they even forgot to use the Happier.
I was in dis-belief upon hearing Dr. Santos reply to my son and actually I'm still angry. I don't care how knowledgeable you are at your job but being in pediatric environment, you need to have empathy and know how to be gentle around little kids.
In my opinion, DR. LORI SANTOS is not fit to work in a pediatric environment. She has NO SMILE in her face, COLD HEARTED , and STIFF as a rock.response / report this review -

Dr .Geoff is amazing. I'm in the office with my daughter having her tooth removed because of a bad infection. Dr. Geoff has been so amazing with her, he has kept her calm and is so amazing. He takes time to explain things in a way kids will understand, he make them feel like they are so special. I'm so impressed.

After 10 weeks of breastfeeding issues it was determined by a lactation consultant my son had a tongue tie. I called and explained to the receptionist in detail my issues with him having difficulty feeding and wanted to correct his tongue tie right away. I asked SPECIFICALLY if the dentists corrected this procedure, I was assured they did and that it was a common issue. She was able to book me in the next day. Today when I went for my appointment I was informed that they would not be doing the procedure and that they would refer to me to someone else. I told the hygienist that I was told this would be dealt with today, that I was very nervous about this procedure and I expected it to be completed. She said that the receptionist should have told me this was just to check if he indeed in fact have a tongue tie. I already knew he did The visit was a waste of my time and money.

wish i could give more starsawesome place with top end equipment and a great caring attitude, exceeds my expectations! i t works for the kids too, they are happy to gowish i could get done there too! the staff are fantastic, just great with the kids n dr. Jeff.kids think you rock!!!, great job dude!!!

Our child has sensory issue and they deal with him in a calm and neat approach to it that he will let them ,do the job that is needed for him . I will recommend to place to others !

If you love wasting your time in waiting rooms, this is the place for you. This place sucks. They have zero time management. I understand when emergencies come up, but every time I go, we have to wait so long to get in that it takes an hour and a half for a 20 min cleaning. They are SO far behind with their patients. You can't do anything else that morning b.c they take up so much time. Any other plans I have to cancel. And each time I go, I think maybe this time they'll only be 10 or 15 minutes behind. Nope. At least 40 min wait each time, one time it was over an hour of waiting!!! And that's just to get in! Then of course you have to wait to pay!! Not worth it.

Amazing staff at this office! Perfect for any child, especially those who are a little more sensitive. Somehow they make it possible that my kids LIKE going to the dentist!!

This is such a *superb* group of pediatric dentists. I put my baby girl on their waiting list when she was a baby so she would be able to go there from the first. She has perfect teeth and loves going there. Dr. Grant is absolutely lovely. He's warm, engaging, and supportive of parents' efforts to keep their children's teeth healthy. He didn't mind explaining to me twice exactly how I should brush her teeth. I'm a little anxious about both my babies' dental health and everyone I've ever dealt with there seems dedicated to a positive, educational experience for the kids. Not one child I saw at our last visit ever cried or even hesitated to go in alone! Even the toddlers! My daughter is sad she only gets to go every six months. They *are* pricier than other dentists. I had sticker shock. But I weighed it against how great the care is, and to me, it's worth it.
